I have not received my prize yet, can someone tell me as to when you will get the container prizes.

Players who complete the kill tiers within 48 hours of the event will be guaranteed to get the prizes detailed above.

 

Event Rules

• The event prizes cannot be exchanged for crystals or other in-game items.
• If you already have the event paint, there is no compensation.
• You can receive the prizes only for the highest completed kill tier, for example, destroying 2000 enemy tanks or more during the event you will get 10 containers, 5 days of Premium and 1 paint.
• Kills can be done with any equipment.
• KIlls are counted only if they were made in standard, non-PRO battles.
• Standard, non-PRO battles are the battles you can join from the game mode buttons in the Lobby or any battle from the Battle List that doesn’t have a special “star” or “trophy” icon next to the map name.
• The event is active from 21:00 UTC May 18th till 21:00 UTC May 20th (48 hours in total).
• The winners of the Dream Tanks giveaway will be chosen using a random number generator and the prizes will be delivered on Tuesday, May 22nd.
• The players who win Dream Tanks will be contacted by the community manager to collect their prize specifications.
• Event prizes (containers, days of Premium and the paint) will be delivered within 48 hours after the event ends.
• Premium time on accounts will be activated at the moment the prizes are delivered.
• All the results of the event will be published on Tuesday, May 22nd.

Therefore either today or tomorrow. If you do not receive anything today then wait for tomorrow evening (UTC).

Crazy weekend site didn't count all of my kills which i made before 21:00UTC.it was stuck at 778 kills and never went further than that because of this i had to kill more than 900 tanks but the kill count still didn't go up. is this a bug or did the contest end before 21:00?

It is a known bug that affected hundreds of players during the recent "War" event. TO knows about this bug because it was reported to them repeatedly. TO simply does not care. They have not fixed it. They did not compensate affected players during the War event. They will not compensate you now. They just do not care.

They were not counted and never will be.  You can write the "help" desk. I will type out their reply now:

 

"Your kill total was 778."

 

You'll hear nothing more than that, no matter what you ask or how much supporting imformation you supply.  But go ahead if yu want.

the only thing is did you take photo's of every battle just in case you need to show proof . this helps you in the long run. if you didn't well contact Cm Nives and see what he can do . but for next time try to make a copy of the battles so you can keep score also.

on a sad note this weekend has been rotten for me in battles .. where as  1 kill in about a 5 minute time slot .. bad battles .. ..

well for me the crazy weekend giveaway event was really crazy,, 

Below legends ranks is fair enough to make some kills, 
but legend ranks is really hard to make kills, its really time consuming  to get that 1 kill, m4 v m4 is hard to get 1 kill

at 1 battle i can make 20 to 25 kills average , the minimum that ive did was 5 kills in 1 battle at legend ranks, DM battles -_-
