New Paints in Containers

Finally someone heard my Drama for new Paints...

 

 

YEA !!!!

 

Oh wait ... this is the new thing now I forgot all paints will be in containers now... :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

 

12 new paints will be added to the game. They won’t appear in the Garage or in the Shop -- you will be able to find them only in containers.

 

also buy your XT items if you can . once the new ones comes out don't be surprised to find them in containers which cost money . and being a rare item in mission completions . good luck..

Only in so far that the pool of possible items within containers will become larger.

this will mean , it will be more harder [impossible] to get XT skins , when introduce in the game from containers -_-

unless someone already have most paints, then his chance gets higher to get XT skins -_-

God knows we've had enough of the old ex garage paints, there should be some new ones available to buy as well.

And not the same old, same old we've had in the shop for ages -and they are overpriced.!

That's great! XT skins should resemble experience and wealth, not luck in container opening! If they were commonly found on containers, they wouldn't be prestige. If the game is supposed to be less pay to win, let buyers have better customization options and prestige than non-buyers who open free containers. Edited May 17, 2018 by Picassoo

I guess I'm basically asking how the container system works: Do the system chooses your reward from the whole pool of items? Or does it first decide which type of reward you're getting, in this case a paint, and then chooses a paint from that paint pool?

Adding new paints does make the overall item pool bigger, so each individual paint is slightly less likely.

 

Unfortunately, I won't be able to provide the specifics of how the rewards are chosen per container step.

Why do you need to add 12 more

 

Why not focus on one of:

• M0/M3 alterations
• The Client F5 refresh that was "temporarily removed" 18 months ago
• Overdrives
• Finishing the in game clan system
• Balancing the game - even the CM says magnum is unbalanced, why will the devs not listen...
• The hovercraft hull from the I&S section that has been "planned" since 2014

Those are just confirmed updates​. Things we have been promised, but denied. Instead we got the mission update, the frankly broken single server list, unified servers, and more hasty, trashy updates on your blind charge for MM, with just the odd money grabbing thing chucked in on the side.

Yes, but why do we need artists? If they have enough time to design more new paints, sack 'em and hire new programmers.

This is internal politics. It's not up to players to discuss. We don't know how the company works.

I'm just saying that we do not need more paints. We could do with Alternativa actually following through with some of the updates they announced but then never went through with.

We may not need paints. But they are an easy way to make some money without actually affecting gameplay.
