Why does nobody play XC?

X=hornet C=Striker

How the hell do you guys name combinations as XC, XP and BP etc...

P=Rail B=Wasp

 

I don't think striker is that popular of a turret, it's just not like railgun.

Striker is only effective in a few maps. I have almost 170K exp with it. And I have probably made 95% of that exp in Deck-9 :lol:

I've been seeing Striker played a lot in Stadium RGB. They're usually on the ledge over the goal. If there's one on the enemy side, I'll load Striker protection (M2+) plus DD and fill him full of Vulcan lead.

I play striker usually in this map , while my main weapon is a vulcan . Its depending on the enemy , so when i face you i'll prob change the striker for thunder or vulcan . Vulcan is very effective for keeping some enemies under control , and the striker is very effective weapon in this map .

 

On the topic , didnt know this format even existed , i got striker and hornet so if i find a XC battle once , im happy to join .

Well....basically the devs wasted their time with that mode.

 

They should’ve worked on something more popular, say, I don’t know, maybe a Firebird-Wasp mode???

Yeah, Firebird needs its own format. It should be called XF/BF.

If its not a popular combination why the hell did devs make a XC format? Next thing you know there's going to be a format for Wasp and Magnum

striker is one of my least favourite weapons, and it doesnt sound very fun in the first place. i see that they are trying to make this weapon more popular by giving it a format, but imo its just a really clunky weapon thats really hard to use. what i would like to see is hammer wasp format, that actually sounds fun to play

Magnum format should be also added so the Magnums in PRO battles would play this format and kill each other. Magnum would no longer rule Sandbox and Noise.
