Problems entering the game on WinXP

I do not use winXP yet I still encounter the problem.

I've been using Windows 7 Ultimate with Firefox browser and haven't had any problems until the last 2 days.  First there was bad lag, then poor graphics in some maps, ie Solimask, and now I cannot join battles.  I hope the Devs get this resolved soon.  VERY FRUSTRATED!! :unsure:

I am currently using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7. I hope that Microsoft soon releases Internet Explorer 12 for Windows 7 as well.

I am using Windows XP and when I played Tanki rules at Online I was laging , can't kill even if I shoot,can't take drop boxes so I have downloaded Tanki Client and again I was laging only on NON PRO Battles. But not laging in Few Pro BATTLES. Like Sandbox , Parma , Scope and again in all Battles I am lagging. But I managed to play in Parma and sandbox and did not even do missions. But now beacuse of Client my PC crashed and getting blue screen error I deleted it was fine again installed now while playing it stoped and my pc is not even opening. Can you say what I have to do?

I feel sad for players running on XP , even i was a XP guy , it is been 2 years i changed to 7

I know they can get on game by browser 

For guys with good PC & net That is not a problem

But for the poor guys client & standalone are the only options

My internet explorer is and has been updated to the latest version. I just don't know why all of a sudden it stopped working. Everything is up to date :s

I'll honestly say - 40FPS is well until high ranks determining only the experienced players at their best and/or unless you use a low range turret. I attempted and liked Striker, but recent drop in performance made me stop playing along with some other reasons.. one just cannot scope with lag. My Ping in games I use(d) to play is mostly fine, unless the servers are overcrowded. If you haven't already, try boosting that performance by killing all unnecessary programs and applications in the task manager (well, just search the web about boosting fps for more tips).

Windows XP is so broken for TLS compliance that you might as well have a transparent wallet.

 

XP doesn't support any IE over version 8. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Layer_Security#cite_ref-note-k_150-0

 

XP doesn't support any TLS over v1.0 (same link for citation). The next following two versions have serious vulnerabilities and v1.3 is trying to get out of draft process to beat these.

 

XP doesn't support AES ciphers, instead supporting things which ivory-tower academicians have finally defeated after running out of PowerPoint slides to create. Imagine what the black hats have already done...

 

If you are using IE on XP to log into gaming accounts, stop. If you are using it to log into your mail, stop. If you are using it to pay for anything with a credit card.... dear heavens, STOP. If you must keep using XP, switch browsers and don't turn off its auto-updates. Firewall your PC off. Hire a guard dog for it or something. But wow, drop IE on XP, no matter what else you do. We want to see you back here and not hacked.

 

Let me point out that these are permanent limitations of Windows XP. Microsoft will NOT fix it. Tanki's team doesn't want your accounts, credit cards, or personal information hacked, so they have to turn off old encryption technology. This will break old things. They cannot save you from your Windows XP technical debt. Switch browsers to the latest version you can get of something else up-to-date. Let us know here if that is not working.
