I began to stop assuming things because some of the updates actually turn out to be okay and after that, I see no complains from people, even the old timers who kept on commenting they will leave the game. Either way, after the update players usually manage to find their way of giving themselves advantages or creating new way of playing the game because each update has a new way of playing and it depends on any player who will find the advantage first. 

 

It is unfair about the quadruple module being removed, everyone can agree with this but they were available for the whole community and I do believe developers has any right to take it away or change it into something different, which they did but also, not giving any refund for the crystals players spend on those modules is unfair for sure and I doubt anything can be done about it.

What I mean by smart spending is not wasting crystals on unnecessary items and taking advantage of opportunities to save crystals. Using holiday sales, buying supplies in bulk, only upgrading one or two combos, not playing longer than the time it takes to complete missions, etc.

So... don’t bother putting real money into the game. I’m so many words.

Hello, I want to make a remark about the drones. I f they are as big as in the Vlog it will be disturbing the view, I think. They are almost 10% of the tanki model ( dictator run) and if you measure the to flaps left and right under the hovering  drone it is almost 20 30% of the tank your driving with. Isnt that to big. I mean the shape is nice. but way out off proportion. May be u reconsider the effectiveness.

The original question was about getting enough crystals to buy supplies and also upgrade equipment without paying, so obviously my answer involves tactics that do not require spending money.

 

If you want fancy cosmetics, or you want to progress through the game with less effort, or get equipment faster, then you obviously need to pay.

My suggestion is to have drones attack enemies and heal team mates in team battles. To make better use of drones, they must heal the player's tank, team mates and attack nearby enemies. There is no point on having drones to only activate all you supplies like an overdrive. Overdrives must be completely different than drones are.

 

I do like the addition of drones only if they benefit the players as I mentioned above. Please tell me what you folks think about my idea.

Before you post any new idea about drone check the following. This is data come from the test server which was open last week. The drones equipment had the following text information in the garage that I wrote down for each of the drones:

1. Paratrooper - Probably got something with respawn 
2. Mechanic - Probably fix
3. Engineer - You know this guy 
4. Supplier - Probably supply (Reload time: 15* / Inventory addition duration: 10*)
5. Booster - Probably boost
6. Camper - Probably camp
7. Defender - Probably defends
8. Demoman - Probably explode (1000 Damage*, 60s Load time* & 3000 Explosion damage*)
9. Driver -  Weird one
10. Enforcer - Probably enforce
11. Rescuer -  Probably rescues
12. Sapper – Probably got something with mine (Reload time: 30s* & Mines:3* )

It looks like a lot of potential and option for explosion, enhancement and specific use that can help specific player style: attack, flag carrier or base defence.

 

Then came the V-log 171 that presented 3 of them in more details. From the information given I can tell that they are the first 3:

1. Paratrooper =>Trooper Drone: provide DD, DA and SB  when you respawn and the supplies will not from your garage.
2. Mechanic => Mechanic/Repair Drone: Will increase the effect of the Repair kit 1/ More initial recovery (+1000*) at the start 2/ will also heal friendly tank in the vicinity (in a similar way of the overdrive).
3. Engineer =>  Assault Drone: recharge your supplies timer each time you kill a tank

​MMS can't wait, re-work on the battle funds can't wait - along with players that lose getting more crystals, Juggernut dying for this, Drones c'mon they're not even here yet I'm gonna give them a chance and see if their useful in anyway, not going to start hating on it because it follows me around. And I've been dying for news about these "​New Overdrives​"  :angry:. XT skins sounds great. Lets hope these batteries are worth it.

What about a Recon Drone?

 

This drone can be controlled via WASD arrow keys or whatever and gives the player a POV camera view from it... basically it can spy on enemies in the enemy base, search for campers etc. itll be reallly interesting if they implement this

Rats. I just realized my long term plan for three of my modules just went out the window. I’ve been micro upgrading M1 versions during sales in hopes of buying M2 version for free. Now, suddenly, why bother?

They should give you a Drone of which is permanent fixture or all 3 of them, or a choice of something like a haul / turret or you might have wanted or upgraded even an XT turret  before they switch to the shells.  I would have looked at XT Equipment instead of a module that I spent 250,000 crystals over again as I thought it would help me last longer in battles  including any upgrades to the tanker.   A lot of the 250,000K M3 upgraded Modules I have only played a few hours some only 1 or 2 hrs.  Giving tankers supplies for an Item you don't even have yet is criminal.  It is BAD BUSINESS.  If you can't see that the reimbursement stated in VLOG is horrible you must be under contract with them by moderator rules.  Reimbursing the current great customers will not hurt this company since they are looking for new consumers and retaining the customers that have supplied them with revenue.   One happy camper will tell likely 1 or 2 others about tanki in good light, One unhappy tanker will tell 10 others how bad tanki is.  That is just the way business works.  Going overboard on keeping current customers happy is most important for a good business model.  The Higher Rank Legends will be most angered by this, since they paid more out of pocket for M3 modules with crystals.  They will not pay anything more, and might out right stop frequenting this online game.  Not gonna happen if they don't refund in permanent fixture like M3 drones or Hauls we have not upgraded make them upgraded to a M4.  

I agree totally, I have some modules I only used a few hours as of today and just a few more hours with many others.. I only bought them and upgraded them to help me in battles against super strong turrets.  I could have easily upgraded my other hauls and turrets with the Crystals I spent on the Modules.  Also, I would have bought XT equipment as I think they are very cool.  There needs to be a reimbursement for the money I spent on theses many modules (250,000K) and above with upgrades stages of same turrets to allow me to get something like XT equipment or upgrade many of my other turrets & hauls that are not M4 yet.  I have not gotten the use out of the Modules w Expensive MUs and SUs I spent all those crystals (cash).  For the woman to say no disadvantages is ridiculous as I had paid for it, and for only a short time  have I been able to use them (many upgraded modules (hundreds of thousands of crystals(money)).  This is insanely inhumane.  The $ sunk into this is not cheap and not easy to come by.  They have not thought this out thoroughly.  They need to roll out some more Vlogs showing how recent good loyal customers (buyers) will be reimbursed to retain them as customers with crystals to spend as they change up things with their new drone program.  This should be handled with care.

Legacy modules removed, I knew it and I already told they would either put them in containers or remove them. TO's staff does not care about veterans of the game.

Honestly i'm new to this game so my opinion does not really mater but,i think people should get used to change by now...

I have some modules I only used a few hours as of today and just a few more hours with many others.. I only bought them and upgraded them to help me in battles against super strong turrets.

And tanki let you buy and MU them in the knowledge that you wouldn't get much use from them but the argument from helpers here is that you benefitted from them and tanki didn't make you buy them. And if you're still in any doubt, EULA.

 

I myself have over 10 fully upgraded triple modules that haven't even been used for 10 hours each, some just a couple of hours. I know how you're feeling. I don't have any confidence in any purchases now. My appetite for this game is waning more and more with each passing day. I feel truly let down. It's not just me either, many friends feel the same.
