Matchmaking is coming May 29th

This new system is bad. 

 

OK, I can imagine, this is a good feature for that ones (and ONLY those ones), who are playing alone for the winning and the killing. But i think it is worse than ever: If you have a good fight, you get a new team, what is absolutely not equal. 

 

For the average people, who is playing for the game and who would play with his/her friends one or two battles per day, it is a horror story.

 

It was my family game with my girlfriend, when we had a half hour free, we played a few battles. Until now.

In this "fantastic" new system, we can't play in the same game. Or we can, if we buy a premium, what is 2euro/day. From that money I can buy a new game in every month on steam. Or we can do anything, what is better than that.

 

Thanks for this "VERY GOOOOOD" new system. If you would keep available the team and type selection, it would be better.... And the non-professional gamers also can play. But now... we're looking for another game far away from Tanki.

OK. it should be devs. I put a wrong word. Would the answers change? Would the the altitude change?  You troll only pick small mistakes from comments that would change anything. One typo won't change black to white or bad to good. What is the difference of the answers and altitude as mods and devs are both working for Tanki? you mean a mod cannot replay comments here? A mod is not working for Tanki?

We've been over this with the thickheaded TX devs, there is a difference between legit abandoning a battle because you are being roflstomped at the spawn, and ragequitting because you are a selfish individual.

The fairer battle fund distribution does not justify Matchmaker at all. They could have  implemented this at any time without Matchmaker.

It would not have worked, it is far more efficient in huis clos battles. In open battles players can still change battle and join in middle resulting in blown out battles.

This update can be compared to suddenly getting covered in the proverbial by a tractor out muck spreading.

 

But anyway, keep these complaints coming or tanki will carry on this stupidity regardless, hell they probably will anyway but then that is the end of tanki.

No the answers wouldn't change, but they would be accurate because the mods don't act that way, and the mods have genuine opinions, unlike the devs who don't play Tanki much.

So did I. I never liked the switch from 10 to 20 posts/page. I consciously noted we were on page 50, but thought it was only 500 posts. I need to spend more time on the forum instead of in game. MM should help with that.

It seems like you were in a party with Mr.Lelouch, who is of a higher rank than you. In this case yes - you will be sent into battles with ranks unsuitable for you, since the rank difference between you and your friend is too high. At the moment there is no good way to fix this. If developers add a rank limit to groups, then you won't be able to play together anymore.

and that is the real reason why that guy was complaining about matchmaking ;) cause it's excatly what he has been doing since the warrant officer ranks when i started seeing him in battles.

I hope when you tally up the feedback, it's by user and not by comment, because Bozos like Bozo88 and GuidoFawkes

make up about half the comments.

 

When collecting the feedback, we don't look at who says something, but what is said. Comments that contain no feedback on the update (or on TO) are not taken into account.

Devs, you ruined your game, servers are dead, we can't even choose our own maps we want to play in, and what about all the players that want and like to play in pro-battles? There is no battle fund, that mean it is useless to play pro-battle. You made this game even more pay-to-win, and as always, you won't remove this update because you're not listening to your players (and customers). And as always, some forum mod will come and tell us that this update makes Tanki better than ever.

You bring up some valid concerns, but 'no battle fund in PRO battles' isn't one of them. Fund still increases in PRO battles like it has always happened. Only in private battles, there's no battle fund.

No they're not, proven by the 50+ pages containing criticism of the update. Moderators are instructed to answer questions, give explanations on game features and remove insults/profanity and other things that break the game rules.

I don't accept that. You know what contribution players on a losing team made, and you could easily derive a fairer formula for distributing the funds. Let's face it, you couldn't have done a lot worse than the way it was calculated before.

So, what I like after almost a day :

 

- Funds.

- Battles are more balanced.

 

What I don't like :

 

- Playing a super cool battle, and it ends after 10 minutes, Can't play again in the same map with same teammates.

- Waiting time, way too long sometimes.

- Sometimes I end up being the only Legend in my team, whil the opposite team is full Legends :huh:

well players in battle groups have the advantage of being organized so it's normal that they have to fight more powerful enemies for balance

They better add rank limits to groups.  Players who have friends with wide rank-splits can still play together on Pro-battles.

 

No need to ruin match-making battles because some people can't handle entering battles without a friend by their side.

 

Else you will have more and more "drop-outs" as players realize their team is under-gunned.
