Does anyone else think the reason battles are smaller than they were this morning is the normal afternoon drawdown. I went on a bit ago like I usually do, and had to wait 4 minutes for a battle. Normally when I go on at this time there are less battles and less people in them.

Basically, only 5832 tankers on now

Server is death again .... multiple times allready today ... can go in , and then the green beam of death is the only thing which comes up ... :angry:

Really? Yesterday this time it was 15k tankers.

Well, in the US yesterday was a holiday, 3-day weekend, and perhaps the smart tankers were rushing to get an extra mission or some exp before the system came. I can guess why we were warned so late: to prevent sabotage, but I sorta wish we had more time to prepare. I would have only claimed one mission and left 2 ready to be claimed today and tomorrow so I wouldn't have to deal with the predicted bugs of the new system.

Anyone else having loading problems after the update? I open the game client, and it just sits on the loading screen forever, it never finishes loading. I've tried reinstalling the game client, that didn't work.

Bring back Sandbox, Pass, old Polygon and other smaller maps for off-peak hours, quick! Otherwise you'll need to add Ping Pong too.

Sorry for my insult at the end, but I saw that you edited that out :P

 

I can immedeately report a second CTF case in IRAN map, exactly the same: red 3 (including me) versus 6 blue.

Red lost 7-0.

I ended first in red team with a positive kill/death ratio and earned a lousy 154 crystals for holding out.

My two teammembers got far less.

All were legends in rank.

People alredy see that developers are not about to just "delete" their 1 year work on MMS. It would be a time waste. But, this has many bad stuff:

-Big rank brackets - > playing against Legends

-you wait 5 minutes to join a battle that will end in 1 min.

-after battle ends, you got to leave it - > why?

and several more, i can't reember now

I am using client

was able to load to get to battle screen

am loading into a DeathMatch after one minute

and I just loaded

with colonels and marshals.

After 1 day of testing this new updates :) I would share the following suggestions...

 

About the new battle fund and pro-battle stuff, everything seems fine and fair.

 

For the MMS, I have a little suggestion, because players complain about the maps that they get into, and they ask to choose the map they wants, the solution is pretty easy, as many of the EN community says "other games has a matchmaking system so it's must be on tanki as well", hhm right, but we should also add that they let you choose the map, for example on CSGO you can choose your map and wait for players to join... But my suggestion is inspired from "Ghost Recon Phantoms", which after getting all the players, the system propose 3 different maps, and let the players vote for a map in 10 seconds, so that's better and more fair.

 

 

 

About the way the system make the teams isn't good, I got m2 and they put me with harmless players against full druggers team, so the idea here is to make points for each item, for example: Each drug = 1 pt, m0 = 100 pts, m1 = 300 pts, m2 = 500 pts ... mu for m0= 1pt, mu for m3= 15 pts (each)..and so on... so at the end we will have :

 

player a: 3000 pts

 

player b: 400  pts

 

player c: 1000 pts

 

player d: 2500 pts

 

 

 

So the algorithm work like this:

X= number of players/2

 

i = 0

 

while i < x {

1st team > add max pts > remove player from quee

i++

2nd team > add max pts > remove player from quee

i++

}

 

while i< x*2{

1st team > add less pts > remove player from quee

i++

2nd team > add less pts > remove player from quee

i++

}

start the battle

So in our case:

x=2

i=0

    1st team > add max pts (player a) > remove player a from quee > i=1 so continue

2nd team > add max pts (player d) > remove player d from quee > i=2 exit

i=2 < 4 so enter

1st team > add low pts (player b) > remove player b from quee> i=3 so continue

2nd team > add low pts (plyaer c) > remove player c from quee> i=4 out

start the battle

 

Results: 1st team: 3000 pts + 400 pts = 3400 pts

2nd team: 2500 pts + 1000pts = 3500 pts
