I think judging a player by solely his death kill ratio is kinda cold, since most of us play since long before k/d's were released and never cared about that kind of stuff, or for example a powerleveller will have a way higher K/D than a normal player. Also such a thing will get the game closer to its "esport" goal and it will be an original move in the esport industry. That's why i suggest report cards that will contain the following stats :)

 

For each variable perfection is equal to 20 and absolute absence is equal to 5

although its 25% harder for players to drop their stats than to make them rise to make a cover for possible mistakes. 

 

There are no bad players after a certain rank, only players that focus on different gameplay types and i think this would encourage them

 

all players start at 10 in everything

 

*Artist* (reflex) = higher value calculated by how many times the player returned fire to an enemy that fired a shot that landed in an area of circular radius of 5 meters first. Lowering value calculated by both the player failing to return fire to the enemy that did the above mentioned AND (not either) Dying by a second shot of the player that did the above mentioned.

 

 

*Creator*(aggression) = calculated by how many times the player picked up the enemy flag from the flag post and how many times the player neutralized the point that the enemy was holding. Also the same works with rugby mode, however the total captures play no role to this statistic only the pickups.

 

 

*Carrier*(Dependability) = Calculated by how many times the player captured the flag while was in a circular radius of 20 meters away from the enemy flag post (and he picked up the flag himself, if he loses the flag but a team mate takes it then this stat remains the same). Less times captured after entering this radius will result to the lowering of this stat

 

*wall* (Defense)

calculated by the overall times the player killed enemy tanks that carried his team's flag near their own flag post and basically successfully returned it

 

*playmaker* (Offense) Calculated by the ability of the player to kill the enemy tanks while he/she was holding the flag or capturing a point or transferring the ball etc. this stat would go down when the player dies by them instead.

 

*hitman* (shoots on target) Basically this is the shoots on target stat. Only starts being calculated while the enemy team has more than 3 players and not in parkour mode.

 

the higher value of each stat shows the player's main style for example a player having 18 in offense and 15 in shoots on target would make him a play make

 

(and ofcourse the average of all would show how good the player is overall)

 

i didnt really think a lot of this but its the idea that matters, so if you want edit this in any way or upload your own. I just feel like this would make the game more competitive and esports more interesting :D

Not everyone judges people by K/D you know . . . besides, the personal rating already exists.

I feel like there is always room for taking a step forward

I see what you mean. Kind of like the collectible football cards with all those stats. Am I right?

Yes exactly! Because i noticed the game is becoming more and more capable of hosting esport games i think that would be a great feature :)

          Please go out there on the battlefield first of all. See how many players Legend rank don't turn their turret.

Dev's are busy they won't care about this tho. 

This wouldnt be a minor update, everyone would enjoy it as it would finally show our real skills. It would make tanki more esport friendly and this was the goal since 2012 :D

Except the fancy names, this is a solid idea. They should reset after some time of inactivity, in my opinion.

Yeah i thought the fancy names would bring some negativity xD

Are you sure you red the whole thing? Because player cards are a synonym to player stats

 

i dont see your point

 

and how the hell would you be able to buy your own stats?

Developers need money and players (buyers) want good stats so nobody can say that they are noobs.

Hmmm...idk if I want this. It sounds really fun, but then someone will suggest stats that make me look like a noob, like "number of times missed easy shots" or number of time drove into a wall or flipped for no reason, or number of times used overdrive and died immediately
