You do not need to know the nickname of the moderator in order to report a false ban. If you think your ban was unfair, just contact the respective admin (Chat or Forum) and tell them that you think you got unfairly banned. They are the ones who will be able to see which moderator banned you and whether or not the ban was fair. They will take action against the moderator in private if necessary, but making it public will create a ton of problems, such as players conspiring to abuse and target select helpers for banning their friends, for example.

Ostrica once conspired with a moderator and did not reduce my ban to a day for a week. I was not banned for a total year before that and the ban reason was provocation. Do you call the punishment the administrator (ostrica) received enough? She was just laughing behind the scenes. And i have evidence of mikasa trolling people but ofcourse she has nothing to be afraid of, yes?

Now, topic. I've once been banned for a day because of sabotage (though it wasn't harming team, but it is under rules of sabotage). I thought it was unfair, i contacted Tanki Support and solved problem with them.

 

I think it's better to be private, cuz if a moderator  gets fired in public, everyone will think that he is some kind of liar or cheater (you know what I mean). Everyone would tease him, and we would lose trust in other mods too.

The staff members love banning people for trivial reasons, but they all vanish when there's account stealing and blatant trolling.

At one point some moderators had signatures so we could tell which moderator banned a player. They don't use the signatures anymore.

I mean, I posted LMAO in a battle chat in parkour, the dumb mod who was here (it starts with M and ends with G :rolleyes: ) banned me 1 day for insult. Another player posted LMAO and he got nothing, because he's friend with that dumb mod.

Same thing, expect that I said OMFG and got warned for that yet one of the moderators' friends said the same thing and they haven't done anything but replied with a "xD" totally unfair.

That's what should happen, the executions are being made publicly so why wouldn't we see some mods being fired live?
