Ability to kick players from your own private battles

There's no need to have a new setting for this. I declined a very similar idea previously because ability to kick players could be easily abused by the creator to gain easy battle funds, but that is no longer a problem since funds and EXP are disabled in private battles. So by default it would make perfect sense of the battle creator had this ability in private battles.

That being said, this won't be added to public PRO battles to prevent abuse.

Hi I know this thread is pretty old but why is tagged with violations? What does it have to do with them?

Because a kick system is intended to be used against players who violate the rules?

Very often do we get annoyed by the people who remain inactive or try to sabotage their team, yet we cannot do anything about it. The host system would be an effective way to solve this problem:

(1) The creator of the battle would be the host of the battle i.e he or she would have the powers to boot someone from the battle.

(2) I agree that players are removed after a short period of inactivity but in fun events like STG (not conducted my moderators), the whole event is ruined by a player who joins the battle and takes the gold in the defending team.

(3) However, the host wouldn't have the power to ban someone from the battle i.e he or she who is kicked can join again.

(4) If you guys are thinking that the player would boot everyone as soon as the battle is about to finish to grab the funds, that wouldn't be possible because ONLY PARKOUR BATTLES would follow this system. This is also valid because there are no funds in parkour battles, so there's no point in kicking someone  :)

(5) Last but not the least, the host would also have the option to make someone else the host of the battle. This is to be done incase if the host wants to leave STG (for example) and doesn't want anyone else to misuse the powers of being the host.

Yours is different for 2 reasons. One is that it isn't a normal pro battle and secondly it is a parkour battle ONLY so no reason to worry about stealing other's funds, etc. Not to mention that nowadays all private pro battles no longer give you experience nor crystals. Well, 1 experience but still.

A similar system used to exist in the game back in 2013/2014, but it got removed due to abuse. In case you want to read a full discussion about that idea, check out this topic.

For Official Event Helpers only - Host Mode when prizes/codes are awarded by the Host

EH creates a non-public event map and becomes the Host - controller of the event.

Two powers of the Host:

1. The Host only one that can invite others to the event. This will prevent randoms/random invitees from joining and possibly disrupting the event.

2. Kick/Ban (Lockout) - only effective for the duration of the single Event. The person who is locked-out is only locked out of the Event map and not banned from entering other ongoing battles or such, just that the Event they were kicked from becomes invisible and inaccessible to them. This is not a moderator-type full spectrum ban, but only a specific map ban. There is no other way back in other than an invite from the Host. The lockout expires once the Event map expires.

NOTE: This is not a request for the users, but a tool that your official Helpers can use to keep things running smoothly for their event. Abuse of this power can be kept in check since many of these events are recorded by both sides.

For Official Event Helpers only - Host Mode when prizes/codes are awarded by the Host

No point adding something that can only be used by event helpers. Why do that, when instead devs could implement a fully usable feature that allows all players to manage their own private battles. If battles are private, the feature cannot be abused.

Previously, when some m1s used to play xp/bp, they had to make a battle themselves and meet some mults that enter the battles to ruin XP match

But with that idea , it will fix mults problem..

My idea is when you make a pro battle , you become the owner of the battle , you can kick players from the battles or mute them.., transfering battle leader ownership and etc..

This will also help some people when they drop gold in Pro battles or they make a special event and they do not want to make mults ruin the battle..

This feature will be available in PRO battles ( Custom Battles )

I guarantee this update wouldn't be used for its intended purpose (removing saboteurs from battles), but rather to remove top players from a battle, and stealing the battle fund. Just imagine, someone creates a 999 flag battle, you play it for the majority of the time frame, you have 20,000 score in the battle, and the Battle Fund is 50,000 crystals, when suddenly, right before the last flag is captured, you (as well as everyone else in the battle) are removed from the battle by the Battle Owner, and that player takes the entire Battle Fund for themselves, and everyone else's time and effort are completely wasted. In short, this would be completely exploited in negative ways, and it would only anger players. For these reasons, your idea is declined.

Hello,

my idea, in a nutshell, is that: Many times players want to organize some kind of events or rank up's, but there is always 1,2 or even more guys who don't obey to the rules or are just joining to sabotage.

So here is what I came with - The player, who created the battle, will have the ability to kick players from Private battle.
You will ask me what if player wants to kick the opponent team during eSport match? Here is the answer - The ability will be available only in Parkour format and Rank up format (Yes, that can be new format for Private battle)

Tanki Online should implement an in-game voting system, because players who spam, hack, bully and troll in the game are frequent incidents, but the "Vote" option that appears when clicking the player's username doesn't work. Therefore, players have to endure the disturbance throughout the entire game. The voting system can only be started by their own team and not the opponent and would require a majority vote to kick the player. Moreover, the player who got kick out are not allowed to rejoin the same match to prevent spamming.

Similar games who have implemented this method: Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Parkour: Give creator of the battle the ability to kick people and block them from joining.

Yeah yeah yeah. Making private parkour battles would solve that problem, but most join public battles simply to have fun, chill, and even make some new friends. And then there are the ruiners that come can ruin the fun for everyone.

So my idea is to block certain people from joining the battle and to kick them when they're ruining the fun for others.

How the blocking mechanism will work:

Just type the players name that you want to block from entering and now they won't be able to enter your battle.

How the kicking mechanism will work:

A vote kick is probably the best thing here, however the creator should count as 3-5 votes when they vote someone since its their battle.

Also, if someone is votekicked, then they'll be immediately added to the block list.

Reasons for vote kicking include harassment, spamming, sabotaging, etc.

Also yes I know there are much bigger priorities to focus on but, it'd still be nice to have.

When you create a battle make it XP/BP and you won't have that problem. Otherwise, it's an open battle for anyone to join.

GOOD POINT

The owner of the battle can kick the person out of the game in Custom. For example, If we are doing rank up party and we post a link in public chat some people came and start shooting randomly even they know it's a rank up. This is bad.

Well , for this idea will be good and there should be an option " Kick player from the battle"

As you know that from now you can't gain any XP or crystals in Custom so it is pointless.

Introduction: Hosts can kick other players out of the room, suitable for PRO battle

In parkour mode, there are often people fighting, so that the host can kick the fighting person out.

The hosts defaults to the person who created this battle and can be transferred to others. For example, the hosts can request other people to be the hosts, and other people can also apply for the hosts.

However, some players will re-enter every time they are kicked out, so a "return time limit after kicking out" should be set.
