You are right but thats worldcup football , you need a good team and luck . Netherlands and Italy were simply not strong enough to go to Russia , since luck was no part there ( no knockout match ) .

For Russia , they have surprised me in the groupstage and allthough were weaker then Spain in the 1/8 , Spain played so bad that they deserve to go home and let Russia proceed next round .

 

My team ( Belgium ) played not good yesterday , but they did a remarkable turnaround and are on to the next round against Brazil .

You can buy it from the shop. Alternatively you can get some randomly from container as an ✹ Rare item which is a difficult to get.
