Greetings everyone! That time of the year has come around yet again. The celebrations are in full swing, the sales are blooming and everyone's eating cake. Yes, it's Tanki's ninth birthday! In conjunction with such events, the Newspaper also decided to get involved and add an extra little form of entertainment: contests!

Unlike the special contests we have held in the past, which only had a sole task, this time we'll be having two. Now remember, you only need to participate in one, but if you want, you can participate in the other one as well. It is possible for the same person to win prizes in both of the contests, so give them your best shot!

 

 

Task #1

 

In case you're not already familiar of event-related special contests, they require you to play a specific battle and then post the end result in the topic for a chance to win some extra bonuses. This part of the contest is exactly like that - play any non-pro battle and finish with at least fifteen kills. Then, take a screenshot of your result and post it here. If your entry is deemed eligible, it will be entered in a draw out of which twenty people will be selected.

 

 

Task #2

 

In this task, you're required to take a screenshot/picture of a tank wearing any garage paint available for use or purchase and post here. However, you must post a total of two pictures - one which shows all the components of the battle interface, and one which has them cropped out. Apart from this edit, you're not allowed to do any further editing on the picture (for example, changing the colors, lighting, skybox etc.). In the end, the most dramatic and cool screenshot will win!

Rules

 

Of course, with any contest, there are some rules which need to be followed. Kindly give these a good read to make sure your entry doesn't have any chances of being eliminated from the final results.

• First and foremost, it is important to note that reserving posts is not allowed. Please post your entry as soon as it's ready and do not care about which page it exists; all entries are checked by the organizer.
• You may enter in both of the tasks if you wish, but you are not required to do so. 

Task #1

• In order for your entry to be eligible, you need to play any non-pro battle and finish with more than 15 kills.
• Your screenshot must show the entire Tanki Online viewport with all the components of the HUD being clearly visible - including your nickname in the top left, battle results in the center, battle details and date and time in the bottom right and tank must clearly be visible.
• Editing the image in any shape or form is not allowed!
• A minimum of 10 players must be in the battle upon its completion. Any less and the submitted entry will not count.
• You must be wearing the Holiday paint available in the Garage. 
• Only one valid submission per account is allowed. But an entrant may post multiple entries with multiple accounts, however the nickname shown in the entry must match the nickname of poster.
• All entrants are required to post their entries within a link/spoiler as a comment in the entry topic, not anywhere else.

Task #2

• You must provide two screenshots as part of your entry - one which shows all of the GUI and HUD on your screen, and one which has those components cropped out of the picture. See the example below if you do not understand.
• Editing your entry (except of course, cropping out the battle interface) is not allowed, we only want a simple image with the original colors, lighting, skybox etc.
• The tank you're taking a screenshot of must be wearing any paint available in the Garage. In other words, tournament and award paints, special paints (like Premium) and themed paints that were once part of an event are not included - paints that are right now in the Garage only!
• Please post your entry in a spoiler.
• Remember, plagiarism is unacceptable; and doing so will result in a temporary/permanent ban from all future Newspaper events and contests.
• Only one valid submission per account is allowed. But an entrant may post multiple entries with multiple accounts, however the nickname shown in the entry must match the nickname of poster.
