Players will always like to listen to their favorite music so adding X song might be good for some players while others might not like it. It won't be something where everyone likes it and if we say, TO's songs will be the ones that will be played, I'm sure you have noticed that it isn't even music and not many of them are in there. Pretty sure others will only disable it so why add something that will not be used and even be disabled? 

 

And by the way, this idea has already been added to TX but we don't accept ideas from TX.

Why even have an option to disable lobby music? You can have music playing when the loading starts up till you join a game.
