Guess I should be happy to drive Hunter, but seriously to make the most of it, I have to insert myself into "problem" areas instead of just freewheeling and doing what I like to do.  Or become a lure. Lol, I'm going to be a target when they come in, maybe more so than Isida. Just saying not a fan of this stuff. Regular overdrive benefited all equally.

I (Hunter driver) don't know what I'm going to do when the new Overdrives come in. I rely on the regular one for a lot of my kills / score and I'm really annoyed about losing it. As you said, it forces you to a play a role with your Hull that you might not want to play.

 

Getting murdered by Freezers on all of my accounts (SM, WO3, and WO5) at the moment. It's ridiculous.

Why in hell would they lower the amount of score for Isida healing?  It's function is to HEAL. Why turn it into an attack turret?  These devs just do not think...if it is not cash they don't bother to consider.  We already have Firebird and now the beast Freeze...why make Isida an attack turret?  It is already annoying when you have an isida that doesn't pay attention to its team for healing and just wants to kill.  Now that will even be worse.  If anything the dummy devs should buff the scoring for actual healing of your teammates.

"It was changed when they introduced the different battle score/battle fund system - this came with the introduction of the matchmaking system. Healing a full tank gives you 5 battle points & XP i think. Killing one gives you 15 battle points and 10 XP (with premium 15 XP)."

 

Seems accurate - looked at score before healing a Viking 3/4 damaged - received 3 pts. THREE LOUSY POINTS.

 

So I get 3x the battle score for killing versus healing.  Guess what I'm gonna do from now on with my limited amount of energy... <_<

They have only a few maps in the map selection pool.

The freeze power is too high and it's being annoying ecaise you can't be in a battle with atleast 5 freezes at any rank and on any battle range 

And it's not fair because the turret was enought good before 

i dont say that you should remove th update but make the turret less powerful because the turret variation is disappearing...

I believe they don't want Isida in battles as Isida can heal tanks that means players use less repair kits. They want us to use more drugs and addicted then buy more with real money. Isida was once also able to self-heal and reduce after burn/freeze effects but now all gone. The battle score from healing even being lowered. It is now worthless to use this turret because with the low battle score you share less crystals. Isida was once the most unique and successful turret in the game but now it is a liability to them. I can see they want to get rid of it because it stands in the way of making more real money for the game. It is a quasi-dummy turret now.

 

BTW after the module update, drones, rebalancing, blur blur blur, I found myself significantly play less: no more than 3 nights a week with less than 30 minutes each time, in which 10 minutes are wasted on waiting into battle. I even didn't play on the crazy weekend; indeed, I haven't played since last Thursday.

You have 2 options:

  1. Buying XT Skin bundles in Shop
  2. Opening containers, but the probabilities are very small.

 

might already have it and not understand how to equip... through alterations i believe

 

MM drops those Freeze chuckleheads onto Massacre where they are fodder for medium and long range turrets.

 

Pretty fun to watch.

I'm surprised they don't just hit "exit", or at least visit garage and switch turret...

Of course it is. Such drama.

It makes sense. It is much easier to heal a team mate than to damage an enemy. You can often heal teammates is complete safety. Teammates do not call in artillery strikes on you when they see you approaching. And so on.

I really hope they never introduce those. I cannot see tem ever being balanced.  And as you say not everyone who bought a Wasp did it to cap flags and fun away from pursuit, e.g.

 

I suspect we will see many of these announced hull powers added to the game in the form the the Phase III and Phase IV Drone release. They get some use of their programming time. They can see ow the ideas work on a smaller scale.

Can it be like that? but only for higher ranks so not everyone would do it because the higher ranked u are the less golds matter because u have more and more crystals. And it wouldn't happen very often because the juggernauts are very powerful. :)

Turret homogeneity is becoming a problem. Fire, Freeze, and Isida seem to be slowly morphing into a single turret, with their special effects (burn, slow, heal) available as Alterations.

 

We’ve already seen this happen with Smoky and Thunder, which can already be mostly swapped out using their alterations.

Freeze's alteration removes  the effect. Otherwise I mostly agree.

Gold hunters would just let themselves die when they are juggernaut.

That' would for sure ruin the J-mode and GodMode_On will not be happy at all!

But gold hunters could not get it if they were too far away

 

So they couldn't get the gold box

The Juggernaut mode (J-mode) is a special solo mode to learn more about it watch this part of the v-log 164. This v-log explains the battle mode and the mechanics.

 

At the start of the Juggernaut mode one lucky player is selected randomly among all the players (16) to be the first Juggernaut (a supertank with a special turret and a special hull). All the remaining fifteen tankers needs to kill the player with the super tank in order to become the Juggernaut. The player that gives the death blow become the Juggernaut.

 

The Juggernaut is therefore a special DM mode where you will find a player driving a supertank which is a combo of the Juggernaut hull and the Terminator turret

 

So it is not operated by an AI but driven by a player.

I'm not getting "murdered" so to speak by the freezes, yeah one of them the other night was another hornet with O/D on and knew how to drive. But it was no doubt OP, wiping out titans etc in seconds, made it a point to use my turret's actual strength, it's range, and that freeze didn't get me again. Made it pay. I deliberately went after it, and it would beeline for me even tho I was ripping it from range.  If it was a Viking/Hunter freeze tho with decent speed and almost 2x armour, that thing would have been stupid. Almost ridiculous. TO seriously has to curb that thing, when it vaults above one shot killers and basically makes tankers obsessed with it, that means there is a problem. Even in the battle chat last night from other tankers the predominant theme was "you''re dead freeze" Even Magnum doesn't get that much attention as far as I go.  I'm used to using my hull and turret tho in the not so conventional way, depending on agility and constantly moving, a range turret in close but can still be used for ......range.  It's advantage over other ranges is that it doesn't have to reload. But I don't want to have to chase and range freeze all day. Never did with any other turret.

 

I would say MU that hull before you get too hyped on those turrets as a word of advice if you want.  And get yourself some freeze mod. I usually equip freeze, isa and twins modules. The other heavy hitters like Shaft, Rail, and Magnum I just don't bother with, I try to use the speed of Hunter on O/D or just SB to counter them. But then again I just really don't care about glory stats, and my K/D ratio is pretty bad. But you will like the speed/armour combo of your Hunter when it's getting there. If I am going to counter the freezes and looking at your two turrets, I probably would go with the thunder before smoky. I know that the thunder/hammers give me lots of headaches even at decent range even though my hull is fully MU'd. I know smoky has crit damage, but I have been wiped out more by thunder than it. I just have the Smoky M3 because I started out with it and have almost finished it's MU. It's good for tighter battles, sandbox, wave, it's impact force is cool, and I use it for DM etc, but when I'm on highways etc with it, it's a peashooter at range. The hull overdrives I think are just dumb, but will see.

Please create a drone that gives invincibility to tanks. That is to make the tank indestructible when equipping such a drone. An invincibility drone would really be the perfect drone that some players would like.

No. I don't want Tanki to become like Tanki X because in Tanki X there is a module to be invincible for few seconds and it sucks.

Eh I"m just going to amend my thoughts on Freeze. Got in a team death match tonight, was in 0/D, with a freeze module on, had about 2/5 of my health left, a Freeze sprayed me from like had to be 10-12 tanklengths away, It was like 2 snowflakes hit me and INSTANT drain. It was like you pulled the plug on your house and the lights went out. Or you were hit with some kind of super hydrochloric acid mixed with radiation. It's ******ed. That fast. I can at least battle a Titan Rico and lose, after 6-9 seconds at least. The rico will have to at least bounce 4 or 5 off my noggin , not 'frost' me from distance with a couple fluffy ones. You want to have Freeze that powerfull, like Isa was, then nerf the immobilize thing.......

 

Get real. I bet Freeze sales are flying out the door.

Juggernaut is player controlled. You kill the juggernaut to become the juggernaut.

By "get it" do you mean obtain it in your garage?  Or equip it onto your tank after you have obtained it?

I mean, obtain...
