Hey, I'm having the same problem as quite a few others.  I've received the notification on my news page about my invitation being sent, however, I have not received and email with the download as of yet.  I have checked multiple times through all my folders but still nothing is there.

Maybe, Check in Spam Folder?

 

Don't know why some didnt received it, i got the invite right in the spam folder as i remember.

If you see news, you were absolutely invited and the code is either in the Spam box or is up to 30 days old.

I think, in my case, the code is 30 days old. That means it's deleted automatically since it was in the spam folder.

You might have received the code 30 days ago. Spam folder deletes messages that are 30 days old.

I can PM you the emails registered for each application, but I assure you, the codes have been sent.

 

If you have an automated Spam removal after a period of time, it is possible the email was removed.

the email is not removed, but there is the "Download app" button, but it is not clickable, and the 2 links for the forums are not clickable as will.

Please mark the email as "Safe" in your email app, it blocks any links inside the email.

Yup I mistakenly entered gmail id for test code instead of linked email and I have checked spam folder.

Eeeeek.  I may have accidentally deleted the invite, as I cleared out my spam on the 20th for my gmail account if it was sent to that one.    :unsure:

 

Any way to get the download link back or have I completely messed up.  Also do you mind confirming in PM which email I registered with.  Thanks

 

Update:  I have emailed google support to see if I can recover the lost email, if it turns out to be that problem.   I'm now waiting on a reply.

 

Update 2:  Unfortunately, Google have said the email has been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.  Any other advice that could be given to try out?
