Waw, the good old days of LoDef ... where a 20" screen needed to be lifted by your dad and a friend, cuz those tubes in the back were HUGE...  At least the color beat our little 4" black and white...

By 1981, I think I already had my paper route, and spent $350 on an Atari with PacMan and SpaceInvaders.  Little did I know until next year that new tech would drop by over 50% in a year or two.

That's a good question. Most of the people here I know from forum and discord. They behave in a way that when they shared their age I had enough reason to trust and believe them. Some hint like a very specific music taste and other the way they shared there experience was like an open book. To be quicker you can share with me in PM your facebook page or linkedin details. But you don't have the rank yet so we have time to build a relation of trust.

It's not weird music. We grew up on this stuff. There was MTV before YouTube. There was ABC Wide World of Sports before ESPN. We had to go out if we wanted to meet up with friends or do an activity, none of this home computer sedentary chatroom lifestyle bull.
