Solution: End the Gold Warning Siren/notification. Maybe have no landing zone marker either.

This would distribute Golds way way better! And less affect battle.

I have to admit this sounds like a pretty good modification.  Does the next meteor have your name on it? By the time you see it's coming for you it's too late!  :lol:

 

And it would make the race more race-ish.

Too many cheaters at lower ranks. At mid ranks I have not seeing a hacker yet, but i didn't play much either.

 x10 golds is the best way to celebrate an event in my opinion x2 battle funds or even x3 dont matter to me as x10 golds can give me a lot of containers and golds

Would I want another meteor event? Absolutely not. Would I rather have x4 fund? Absolutely. Believe me or not but I miss dropping gold boxes from the sky.

The number of tanks using speed hacks is obscene, I can't wait until normality resumes.  The tank upgrade discounts are always welcome, but what with the constant begging for gold and the speed hackers, I've come to loathe the accompanying gold drop rains in weeks like this.

Many of those hackers and cheaters will keep hacking and cheating after the event, like last time. 

 

I thought Tanki wanted new players, but no, what new player is going to like this game of imbalanced battles, hackers, cheaters, useless repair kits, Magnums and Freezes?

Vice versa. I don't mind  this event for a day but for a week it is too much. It easily gets boring.

Today’s MU sale completes my grand M2 experiment.

 

Background:

In January I had three accounts with stock M2 kits, all in the upper Warrant Officer to Second Lieutenant ranks. Stinger, Minotaur, and Firewall. These kits had been purchased and shelved prior to the paint disintegration update of 2016, and had been collecting dust. Then Tanki added containers to mission chain rewards. Tanki had also become fairly consistent with offering MU sales every few weeks.

 

My challenge to myself:

Without spending real money, and without ranking any more than minimally necessary, maximize crystal revenue by completing missions and chains. Then use those crystals only during sales to MU each kit to M3 strength while still playing with M1 and M2 peers.

 

The module change threw me a curve, but as of today all turrets and hulls are at 10/10 (after a few days of step delay of course).

 

Six months later - Mission accomplished.

I really like the meteorite gold box mark that it leaves behind.

 

 

The meteorite gold box mark on the ground resembles a tree trunk when cut down. The visual effects of the meteorite gold box mark on the ground looks exactly like the rings of a tree. Cool.

 

On this picture, it was me RIDDLER_8 who took the gold box.

I don't like to waste time leaving and joining cause i was playing at a cyber cafe which charged for each hour... so i just play wherever i get sent to

I’m ready for it to be over too. I’m not having your kind of trouble, but I am getting done with running a flag, capping a point, or just trying to get from point a to point b only to have a meteor blow me off the map. Or almost as bad, get caught up in the mob chasing after it.

You can do both capping and going for the Gold. If the mark is far away go capping, if it is close then have a try.

The amount of speed hackers are in game at low ranks is beyond me. Literally such a boring event.
