I have a serious problem with these new gold boxes. Only Wasp or Hornet with Speed Boost get the gold boxes. I have a Viking and can't get any golds. This is not fair.

I concur, but that is actually a good thing, because otherwise the game would be disrupted too many times.

Those Wasps and Hornets are weak. Do what I do - don’t worry so much about golds, and pop as many of those weak hulls as you can. What’s a chance of a gold box when you can guarantee large battle fund rewards.

 Also, x10 does not feel x10 just like Cosmonauts x10 gold box rate celebration did not feel x10. It feels like it's only x2. Literally at least 1 or 2 gold boxes drop during the battle, it should be at least 4-5 gold boxes if it's x10.

Thanks to the update where they shortened time between gold alarm and the drop, I've got 3 golds so far(since I started this account in mid-May).Can any of you think of a paint that costs more than 100 000 crystals and looks good on Railgun + Hornet?

What I meant is even at 10x there are going to be battles with 1 or 2 drops. 

 

The drop rate increase is plainly obvious.  If you do not see more GBs dropping per 10 minute overall (all battles not just a few outliers) then you have not played too much or have ha an astronomical streak of bad luck with the RNG.

(PS: The ugliest paint has gotta be Zombie.  The ice cream cone one is not far behind.  Rhino looks good on the 'sample swatch' but on a tank it just looks wrong.)
