Due to the large number of help requests about “Let’s Be Tanki Friends” event, we have sent a second wave of emails to the same eligible participants. Please check your email and your “Spam” folder once more.

 

Be aware, that you could have not gotten the event codes because of these factors:

 

• Previously you have already registered an account in Tanki X. The tracking system for the event have determined that was the fact, and your account wasn’t included in the participant’s list. The event was designed for new players only.
  
• You have made more than one account to gain promo codes on each of the account. In the event rules we stated the codes can be redeemed only once per account and person, this is why in such cases you might have gotten only 1 promo code.
  

 

Please carefully read the activation rules for the promo codes attached to the email.

The second project of Alternativа Games company -- Tanki X -- was released this Spring. If you have missed the event or never played Tanki X, now is the perfect time to try it! Would you like to discover a new game and also get bonuses in Tanki Online and Tanki X? Then read further on!

 

How to participate in the event:

 

1. Download Tanki X client by using a special link.
   
2. Register a new account* in Tanki X.
   
3. Confirm your email, attached to the account at the moment of registration. You can find a detailed instruction on how to attach your email in Tanki X over here.
   
4. Play 5 battles in Tanki X (battles will be counted when you finish any battle, including the training battles).
   

 

The event will be held from July 12th till 21:00 UTC on July 22nd. If you completed all of the requirements above -- expect an electronic mail with a promo code that will arrive to the email you have specified during the registration!

 

PROMO CODES

 

The promo code will arrive between July 23rd and July 31st in an email sent from the address news@tankix.com.

 

In the same email you will receive one promo code, which you will be able to redeem both in Tanki Online and Tanki X. The promo code will be active until 21:00 UTC on August 31st of this year, 2018.

 

Upon redeeming the promo code you will get:

 

- 10 containers in Tanki Online

- a number of rewards in Tanki X:

• 3,000 blue crystals;
  
• containers «Smuggler blueprints», «Steel» and «Rubber»;
  
• 7 days of Premium with additional missions for X-crystals;
  
• Legendary paint «The Beginning», released to celebrate Tanki X launch.
  

 

IMPORTANT: In Tanki Online you can activate only one of this type of promo code per account.

 

*Only new accounts of players who never played Tanki X before can participate in the event

same thing most regular players have both accounts ,  I would like to know why this is now being promoted here. when all a long there two separate games . we have been told . ?? will they be merging or what will happen ??

They told us we will have our same tank on tankionline in tanki x but after this decision they have said you'll start from scratch, so basically that's why no one played it + the weird camera movements, I've tried the railgun but I failed hardly :)

Uninstall tanki x, re download from the link which is provided above, follow the steps, register a new account and get your code later

They are trying to attract more players so the game won't shut down, that's why they are mentioning it because not much players plays it.

when did they say this cause last time I heard was back in Oct 2015 when they stated that non of our accounts will be transferred into tanki X and we would have to start from the beginning . well I do both games and find some issues with Ricochet , but to me I finding both games are the same now . other then graphics and maps . I don't like tanki X for the paint system due to the fact once you bought all the paints with crystals your now stuck buying the rest with $$ instead. also the new program for playing / ranking fails in my books . I liked it when it first came out for battles that we got to choose what battles we want. but now its random and no say in it.

I have tried what you suggest of uninstalling it and reinstalling it and  I have issues with it. so I'm only now on steam cause of problems ..

 

You could be right about it. seeing less players are playing tanki X , its a ok game but too many problems still happening and battles are the same as here . they need to make them both the same battle set up then maybe there will be more joining for now the system fails ..

well its hard to say if they left cause of the game or other personal reasons such as a job or school. the MM system is just ok it still needs improvements  until they fix it , the game will continue to fail with the new battle rank they have in play . for the amount of feed back they get on topics for the game its like next to nothing .
