It's the same informations in RU; not nives's mistake. I suppose TX dudes didn't clarify well, which caused those confusions

that i registered on 12th july and he told me that if i registered on july12th and completed all the requirements,i m good...n i did ,i have even played 12 battles in tankix

If you registered a new account, confirmed email and finished 5+ battles on July 12th, you should be good.

If you didn't get promocode, there can be different reasons:

 

1) they are in Spam folder of your email account, you should check it

2) if they are not there, you probably did not complete all the necessary steps for the event

3) if you have any other questions/problems, please send them to support of TX - help@tankix.com

... or it's been a mistake, that's why you're supposed to contact the support of TX if you believe you followed all the steps correctly, they are the only ones that can answer to your complaint.
