Let's not be 10 year old kids. At most, lose the selfishness.  We both know Tanki X would of given rewards to, "TO players." So, you might want to be a bit respectful. Instead, of hanging your derogatory testimony upon the administrations doorsteps.You have your promo-code, so fly away, knowing that you really never were satisfied with it.{If you got bad containers} So, what's the point of blaming your fixed luck, on a game that has no involvement with the containers' outcome. Also, should you be grateful that you got containers in the first place. Again, selfishness blinds them/people from seeing the true perspective. Also, the fact that the community, saying no gratitude, establishes a uneasiness within the community, which is selfishness. Wow, at this point you must think I'm stupid. WOW! So... you should really appreciate the people who send the promo-codes instead of treating them like utter feces( in lighter terms). Then, you will actually fell better about yourself, instead of wasting added time bickering about a never ending problem. Though, this seems like a unforeseeable solution because, selfishness takes away your empathy/sympathy. Which, is why you need to be thoughtful of anthers opinion. Hopefully, someone reading this can comprehend, or rant on what they think is wrong. I would be very happy to quote in that case.    :)  :lol:  :D

Check the spam folder of the email you attached to your TankiX account. If the promode is not there, contact the tech support of Tanki X: help@tankix.com

... or it's been a mistake, that's why you're supposed to contact the support of TX if you believe you followed all the steps correctly, they are the only ones that can answer to your complaint.

Remember how Nives said we had to play 5 battles?

Yeah, well we've been cheated.

To test whether the accounts with a total match count of 5 would give promocodes, I created 4 accounts, two with a match count of 5, and two with a match count of 6.

Guess which ones got the promocodes? THE ONES WITH 6 OR HIGHER.

Meaning that 5 wasn't enough when Nives said it was.

We've been cheated.

I want either a damn good explanation for this, or compensation, because the time that we as a community have spent will never come back, and a lot of people will quit if their time has been wasted.

Nives, it is now your choice. Will you do something about this, or will you not care about our community?

You had to download the TankiX client using the special link which was provided, create a new account, connect an email address to it and confirm it then play 5 matches. If you did these steps you should have received an email from TankiX on the email you attached to the TankiX account. Try to check the spam folder of that email, the promocode might be there and as for the TankiX support email here it is: help@tankix.com
