or you havent received the code because you made an mistake somewhere

I didn't know that multiple accounts were allowed.

 

How did you do it? Did you just created new accounts in the downloaded client, or you had to uninstall and install again?

 

Maybe they should do it for another week for those that didn't play, and for those that didn't get the containers for one reason or another, for their alts.

i just logged out and made new

got 4 codes out of 18 but hey its at least over 0  <_<

I have triple checked, but I do not have a promo-code!
I am 100% sure I did the battles, downloaded it from the special link, and made a new account, I also verified the email.

Please kindly send me the promo code, because I was pretty busy and had to take some time from my busy schedule to do it XD

TANKI X is not Good that much but I played like 20battles after that event i checked my gmail 100 hundred time but there is no thanks for lieing to me

yes i do not get my priomocodes too, i write to tankix support, they ask me fornickname, i wrote my nickname but i dont get any promo code and they didnt reply yet. Sucks tanki...

Be aware, that you could have not gotten the event codes because of these factors:

 

• Previously you have already registered an account in Tanki X. The tracking system for the event have determined that was the fact, and your account wasn’t included in the participant’s list. The event was designed for new players only.
  
• You have made more than one account to gain promo codes on each of the account. In the event rules we stated the codes can be redeemed only once per account and person, this is why in such cases you might have gotten only 1 promo code.
  

 

Please carefully read the activation rules for the promo codes attached to the email.

I even mistook it for TO mobile testing and played for hours before I realized it’s only 5 matches

Try to search news.tankix.com in your email. If the email didn't get into the spam folder doing so might help you find it.

I dont have any idea for what reason i didnt get promo code yet even after resend of promo code. I did all thing correctly.
