Is TankiX going to replace TankiOnline?

TX is much simpler than TO . People just get scared of so many new terms.

  • There are no separate upgrades for turrets and hulls unlike TO. So you only have to purchase them once and you can use them at any level. You don't need to focus on 2 or 3 turrets you want to use.
  • There are no druggers. Everyone just needs the modules and upgrade them.
  • The only thing we need to do is play games , get blueprints and upgrade modules when enough are blueprints are collected.
  • Open containers to get cosmetic items. You can get X-crystals for free.
  • There are seasons that last for 4-6 weeks. After each season, you get good rewards.
  • The final goal is to get your modules to high levels and compete in Master League where you get your placement.

Worst bullet points I have ever seen in my entire life. The way you specify the facts and bring TO down.

So we don't need to play battles in Tanki in order to gain crystals and upgrade our modules and hulls/turrets?

We can open containers here - We can get containers for free.

At this point I have realised you haven't experienced Tankionline enough because the upgrades are the same in X and TO except you have to use crystals to Microupgeade in TO.

In conclusion - Worst bullet points I have seen.

IMO TX is more p2w than TO. When you fight players with Upgrade 10 modules using your 3-5 upgrade modules, its like a WO5 fighting a legend. What makes it so bad is that there is no system (like ranks) to keep players from getting OP equipment right away. If you have enough money you can buy the equivalent of m3 equipment at the first rank.

In TO , you can use crystals to microupgrade a turret / hull , or directly buy a higher level modification of turret/hull. You need them for drones , paints , protection modules (and again to upgrade them). So basically you have a lot to buy in the game.

In TX , there are no hull/turret upgrades , no protection modules. There are a few paints that can be bought for crystals but unlike TO their price is not 100k-500k.

The main purpose of game is modules. Module upgrades give strength to your hull and additional damage to your turret. A rank 14 who just bought his railgun-hornet can play with his legend friend just by removing modules(custom battles)

At this point I have realised you haven't experienced Tankionline enough because the upgrades are the same in X and TO except you have to use crystals to Microupgeade in TO.

Are they really same , let me give you an example. You are F2P player. At Marshal you purchased 3 M3 combos and decided to select a combo which he wants to make M4. He works hard to get crystals and upgrade them . FInally he does upgrade them and plays with it for a week. Suddenly TO announced the nefing of equipments and his turret/hull was one of them. What he does? he mostly quits because all his crystals were gone.

Same scenario in TX ,

The person collects blueprints and upgrades his modules. He has purchased only 1 combo (say he purchased Thunder and Viking). Suddenly TX announced the nerfs . What will the person do? Just go to the garage and get a new turret/hull and put his previously upgraded modules to play again.

The major difference between TO and TX is that we strengthen our tanks with supplies , turret and hull upgrades , protection modules , drones while in TX the only way to strengthen your turret/hull is drones

Regarding containers , maybe I didn't write properly . I wanted to say that it is not that free players can't get cosmetic.

And yeah TO does give a lot of supplies through missions but a free player can't spam drugs just like buyers do unless the player has farmed supplies.

NOTE: There is slight advantage for buyers in TX because they can get blueprints with X-crystals but most of the buyers compete in Master league. There is a little chance of your battle being ruined by such players unless you go to the higher league without upgrading you modules.

TX seems very childish to me...just a kids game.  It seems complex with all the blueprints and types of crystals and all the different types of module upgrades you constantly get almost every game you play, but it is misleading...all that gobbledygook is automatic.  The reality is that it seems all you really have to do is click "Play".  Click Play, shoot shoot shoot drive shoot, collect rewards, repeat...TX

There is no control over anything in TX...well, I guess you can still choose hull and turret.  The battles are all just hack and bash.  The only thing I like about TX over TO is that it takes more shots to kill an opponent....in TO there are way too many one shot kills and some DM battles you only live about second before you are toasted.

The graphics seemed cool at first but got very repetitive very quickly.  Then they became annoying and kind of interfered with gameplay...too much flashing and fussing...needless.  I don't see how TX can hold an audience for long.  It also makes my computer run very very hot which I do not like at all...TX has to be very hard on circuit boards.

If TO becomes TX, I am definitely done.  TX got boring in 15 battles.  There is just nothing to it.

I've never seen the old days (I joined in '14) but from what I've read in the Archives, old tanki was nothing like present TX. Far from it.

I thought tanki x was dead?

It is. Hence why they are promoting Tanki X in this community.

You forgot to mention that...

Non-buyers can't choose a development path, since the all important blue-print rewards are random.

Need 2 Increased damage blueprints to get to next level?  What you will get is 15 blueprints for rage, which you haven't developed at all.

Buyers have same issue?  Well.. they just "buy" more X crystals to get more blueprints.

At end of each season you lose 40% of your reputation points - often dropping you back down to next lower league.

So forget about casual players.  If you don't play regularly you will never advance to where the good rewards are.

Devs are mad that all their hard but useless work hasnt paid off and since TX is P2W they promote it as much as they can, I also feel like theyre making Tanki its self even more of a P2W so that way it wont be much of a difference

If TX is dead it was born stillborn.

Not even that. It's like a sperm with abnormal number of chromosomes fertilized an egg with an abnormal number of chromosomes... what you get? Not sure, but it's definitely something that doesn't work.
