Well, if you voted for a Vault region you should get 10 + 15 = 25 containers.

Yes, for turn 5 you'll have to vote again, confirm it and earn at least 5 stars in order to participate in that turn. Definitely recommended as this is the turn in which the factions will conquer the vault regions.

Mine says turn 4 not 5. There is no reply from tanki staff and no response from the email I sent to helptanki. I eanrnd more than 30 stars. some players told me to refresh the page and I did refresh it but still, it says Turn 4.

Or... they are frustrated with the implementation or decisions made.

 

Example of terrible decision: 

Freeze buff.  Many complained it did not freeze enough (debatable).  So what do they do?  Give it a 30% damage buff.  30% :D :lol:

How could they not foresee giving any turret a 30% damage buff might cause problems.

They just have no clue on how to make changes in moderate amounts.

They knew...it's marketing.  They have sold tons of Freezes and all the MUs to go with them and tons of protection modules and their respective MUs.  By the amount of Freezes out there, the Freeze buff had to put a lot of real cash into the system.  In a month or maybe two something else will get a buff,...my bet is Striker since almost no one uses it or has protection from it.  Freeze may even get a nerf so they can buff it again later. 

 

The thing to do is go with the program...when they buff a turret of hull, buy it asap and MU it up because it will be the beast for X amount of time.  We are prisoners to their program if we wish to compete.  MatchMaking has shown us that choice and the benevolent days of old Tanki are finished.  It is now very aggressive marketing by any means possible.

Turn 4 was aborted nullifying all faction progress in that turn. Turn 5 started immediately after. In turn 5, you have do exactly what you were intended to do in turn 4 aka capture vaults. You have little less than 4 hours to vote to attack a vault region and earn 5 stars.

TankiOnline is from Russia, most developers are from there and they talk Russian. I believe as the had to give an explanation of the situation as soon as possible to the community they just recorded it with Russian commentary with no English voiceover. However, you can still check the subtitles to get an English translation or just check out the short summary which is written in the post.
