Why cant i earn stars while playing and i voted for attack and defend and im in factions Bears and i played for 2hours and i got twice first place and i didnt got any stars ;(

What about the stars that people earned while other couldn't, will they also be deleted and forgotten or will they remain as advantage for others who managed to earn stars today? Personally myself I couldn't earn any stars because of today's bug and I find it unfair for myself and others who couldn't earn stars aswell, as I'm in top 10 and others had chance to make stars and take my place.

I can't confirm my attack/defend plans for turn 4. Has the turn been forcibly ended already?! This is unfair for players outside of EU due to the time zone difference. Hand out containers for compensation. These technical issues are ridiculous.

OMG that means we need 30 stars in 5hrs?

You don't "need" any stars. You have the opportunity to earn those stars and get up to 10 containers (as long as you're not in Wolves faction), but it's more of an additional bonus. After the turn forcibly ends today, you will be able to earn another 30 stars and get another 10 containers today. Alternatively, you can just earn 15 stars now and 15 stars later, so you get 10 containers in one day, like you would if the reset didn't happen.

I am not in Team "Wolves". 

They cannot earn any stars, so they get 1 free container. 

BUT, i am in team lion and i cannot earn any stars either, i voted on the map and stuff, played 5 matches with 400+ score, still cannot earn any stars. Is it fair, that they get a container for free, altough i cannot earn any stars either?

This is a mini V-LOG.

 

The War is slightly broken.

• First of all: containers didn’t arrive for the completed 3rd turn. At the moment of recording this video we have already started sending them out by hand.
• Second: Wolves today couldn’t attack or defend. That’s why Wolves couldn’t also earn stars, and because of that, Wolves have *already* missed the chance to play successfully in the turn.

 

Here’s what we have decided to do:

• Containers for the completed third turn are already being given out.
• We’re fixing the War right now.
• As soon as the event is working properly, we will forcibly end the current, fourth turn.
• With the 4th turn over, we will send out containers corresponding to the stars earned in the turn. If you managed to earn 5 in a few hours -- good job.
• With the Wolves it’s a bit difficult. They won’t earn stars before the end of the turn and we can’t calculate who and how many many containers would earn. That’s why all Wolves will get 1 container regardless if they participated in this short turn or not.
• Now the map. Faction progress in this turn will NOT be counted. This means turn 4 won’t affect the War at all, no territories will be captured.

 

Now what’s coming next. After the 4th turn will end it will start turn 5. Vote, confirm your vote, and jump into battles. The 5th turn will be also short -- it will end at 07:00 UTC tomorrow, on August 3rd.

 

We think this decision is the most fair for everyone in the War and for the event competition.

Its broken for all factions, not just wolves. lions is broken and some bears are saying it dosnt work for them.

Good move, I'm glad that wolves will have a chance, because if that happens to the bears i would be sad for sure, but wait a moment, isn't more wise to just cancel the turn for today and start it over again by "tomorrow" :)? Because our bears finished their mission and they are now away from the keyboard, while wolves are all  the time available due that they haven't played at the morning, so they will be back at the night to see if the bug is finished, and our bears army could be now thinking they done their job and they will not join till tomorrow....

 

I did that honestly, i finished my role and i was about to go outside till i read this :x 

 

Please report that as soon as possible to take a look on it over again :/...
