The devs have more important issues on their hands at the moment (like the war), so they wont get to it for a while. It may just be a server issue that resolves itself.

 

EDIT: If its closed like cabbage said, thats your problem...

i see, its only html5 now im always trying the flash one

i prefer flash version but yeah now only HTML one works

I think you can't report test server issues in here...

The test server is purely for testing purposes, sometimes it works for everyone, most of the times it doesn't. Due to its testing nature, oftentimes certain options or access have been disabled. On top of that, player-created accounts are often reset or removed on the test server also. 

All this is why we do not consider reports regarding the test server. I recommend playing on the main servers, where your progress will be saved instead. Who knows you might obtain a container there with an animated paint in it. ;)
