This is @cube3e's remark on @SwiftSmoky's leaving. (Swift is/was a parkour club leader and section moderator)

GL with life, it's the right step to take. Trust me, you do not want to know how many months worth of time the hours on your account's ratings page equal upto.

This sounds like if playing Tanki is a waste of time to say at least, but generally, this game is less valuable than other aspects of life. Once a good friend of mine remarked in a protesting manner: "People believe that whatever they can not tangible, does not exist." However, nowadays he is busy getting started in life as he is graduating.

There is something unique in this game. It might (have) be(en) the community. People start off as a complete beginner, they start communicating in the chat, they meet people, make friends (and enemies), find their playing style, also interest in specializing. They might even make a career-long lasting friend (or girlfriend).

Now, let's see your real life. You were born, learned how to speak, went to school, made friends, got a girlfriend(/boyfriend), found interest in a subject, graduated and so on. This game has so many parallels to real life...

It could be that you have karma, and you will be judged by the way you behave (or not), it could be that justice doesn't necessarily works out for you and so on (not to mention Buyers). This game teaches you to LIFE much better than any other game that starts with letter W, ends with T and we will not nominate.

What are Your thoughts about this?

It's true that life is generally more important then any game regardless which one.

Although, games can come in handy such as relaxing or making new friends or even going for some wins !  ^_^  ;)

But honestly, what i don't get is the people who ask others to quit while their rank does normally need months of playing & they still play as well... if they want others to quit, why don't they at the first place?

You can play & at the same time "have a life", it all depends on the time you have and how you manage it

There are no real life values ingame anymore, since they merged EN and RU servers. Most people are russians who don't understand english, and on top of that the game has just become less friendly overall. It's next to impossible to find actual friends ingame anymore unless you're playing high rank pro battles.

As long as you can balance your real life activities with gaming it doesn't do much harm. But if you get addicted and start giving it preference over real life activities, then you are bound to be in a problem and you may not even realize that.

About the "computer games are not real" thing: physical chess board VS chess game on computer...

There's a whole lot more to life than what you find similar between life and tanki, and even these similar things are very different. For now the best way to learn how to live is to gain experience in life and learn from other people's experiences and expertise. Tanki won't teach you how to get a job, how to raise children, how to be happy, etc. Tanki is just a game, just to have fun.

So "any tower defense game" is "Bloons Tower Defense"? I don't see any mistake in the original post.

There was a big update in Robocraft, you can now see the damage you deal and the battles are not laggy anymore. Lasers and chain splitters/shredders are still best xD

got a girlfriend

May that never happen, and may I be condemned to hell if that ever happens.

Also, World of Tanks ends with S, not T. :p

On a more serious note, I agree with Swift here, Tanki's a game, meant for us to enjoy. The community and game have taught me a lot of lessons, yes (for example: how to write well), but ultimately it's just a game. Except for the professional gamers, and they don't exist in Tanki anymore I believe.
