What to do when Help Desk tries forgetting your problem exists

I emailed TO/TX Help desk about my missing TX rewards and they were like "oh, yah, we will take at most 7 days to try diagnosing and fixing your problem... normally we consider it in shorter time" and then 12 days pass and no email back. I bugged them and then they were again like "Your help ticket or whatever has been received and will take max 7 days" again. 

 

Should I begin trying to troll Help Desk? Send them a link to a rick-roll? Should I keep on bugging them?

Keep bugging them I guess... Help desk is pretty good most of the time. I had one annoying experience though: Some guy hacked my account and dropped all 20 of my gold boxes. I told the help desk that. They responded "We cant give 'em back, they were dropped in battles".

Thats what I bloody told them! A hacker dropped them!

Using your ticket number, reply by politely asking about the status of the ticket.

Make sure you cc: yourself to keep a record of your requests and timeline.

Problem is, mate, they never gave me a ticket number, they just said: "your help ticket has been received. We will send a reply as soon as your issue is resolved. It may take maximum seven days, but normally we consider it in a shorter time"

I agree to the part of continuing to send in posting . but be care full cause they can refuse to help u .  best advise is to wait it out and if still not getting any where then see if Nives could help

Problem is, mate, they never gave me a ticket number, they just said: "your help ticket has been received. We will send a reply as soon as your issue is resolved. It may take maximum seven days, but normally we consider it in a shorter time"

 

Since they didn't give you a ticket number, all the more reason to do cc:s to yourself for a timeline. If too much time elapses, they could come back with "Sorry, that report doesn't exist." Or something along those lines. If that happens, then you can send them all the data you have collected. Without proof, their word is 24 carat gold and your's is Fool's Gold. Same goes for situations in real life. Make out a folder and document, document, document. Then save it until the issue is resolved. 

 

Yes, be polite, congenial, honey dripping out of your mouth polite. Aggression breeds aggression and can result in some very serious consequences. Better to play it safe and leave the insults to the privacy of your room.

Check your SPAM folder.
