IT will be given to all who were from lions faction in 48 hours

Those that fulfilled all the requirements will get the rewards (the necessary requirement to get the rewards was to confirm your vote in at least 6 turns), and to others who didn't "better luck next time".

20 containers were already added to the winners’ accounts, and the animated paint will be given out in the next 48 hours.

Counting  has always a weak point of Tanki. I don't understand where the lions has earned the 48 points, they needed since turn 9. To my opinion they have just earned the last turn just 37 war points. Probably the devs want to stop the war.

I also think that  <_<

Where  was the explanation that explained the end of the war.  What was the goal? Containers earned? Stars Earned, Territories held?  Capture of capitals?  I did not see where this was clearly spelled out...I believe this is the case for many as many are surprised the war is over.

Also, please explain the criteria to how the stars were rewarded in MM battles, there seems to be an unfair delivery of the stars to the participants.

Thank You,

Penguin Out.

This was an unfortunate defeat for the wolves, as they were supposed to win. It is clear that because I was placed in lions, my sheer tactical planning and skill was enough to destroy both factions despite my best attempts to let the wolves win. I ask that to make the next war more fair, I play as my own faction. All hail railguniz4noobz.

Hmmmmm I Think Its For The Tanki Players Who are NON-Buyers Because They Can Earn Containers By Playing NON-Pro Battle and About The Territories I Was a Simple Compitition Who Won Will get More Containers. The Majority Of People Like This Event Too.

Well, the Lions met the victory condition first: win 300 Victory Points.  Lions consistently held most of their territories, including a good share of 3 VP territories, allowing the Lions to keep winning plenty of VP's and surpassing the Bears and Wolves.

Here's the "War Begins" topic, which explains the War's rules in verbose manner

Rules;

What you need to Win

The goal of each faction is to capture and hold as many territories as possible.

Each turn captured territories will earn your faction Victory Points.

I don't see the word previous turn. If you loose all your 40 maps, then you will get no VP's.

What will happen, if a faction loses all of its territories?

It will be removed from the War, since none of that faction’s players will be able to choose what to attack or defend on the War map.

"Q: What determines faction progress when it comes to Victory Points?

A: Victory Points are given to each faction before the start of a new turn. Each territory that the faction owned in the previous turn will earn the faction a certain number of Victory Points."

Barely 50% of those who purchased the paint actually did at least 1 turn?  :o

You might want to increase the entry fee a wee bit next time - discourage fence-sitters.

Having "participants" sitting on the sidelines is not good for the game.

I don't think that raising the price tag is helping there much. Some people probably didn't know anything about the war, but liked the paint. Others might have been turned off by the big text explanations, lack of English skills to understand it or by the initial technical issues with the page.

In free online courses rates of 50% and more are pretty common too, there those people are called no-shows, because they register but never visit. A higher price might bring a better no-show rate, but can also lead to less active players in the event overall.

im lion i didnt get 20 containers

To get the rewards you also had to complete 6 full turns, by voting and confirming your choice on the site, and then earning 5 stars.

If you are absolutely sure you did the above, please contact support.

Hey, Penguin! :P

The original topic ("The War Begins") has all the information needed to understand the War, its goal and a list of F.A.Qs. In case you are not willing to read the topic, I will quickly summarize the main points for you.

  • Main Goal: Capture the most territories. This will result in VPs— The first team to reach 300 VPswill win the War.
  • Capture a Territory: In order to capture a territory (if you're attacking), your team needs to have the most stars** in that particular territory.
  • Keeping a Territory: In order to keep a territory from getting captured from other teams, you need to defend it. Your team needs to have the most stars** in that particular territory to keep it (if you're defending).
  • Containers:  Containers are rewards. They don't affect the War in any way. It's simply a reward for you.
  • Capital Territory: Capital territories don't offer any extra VPs* or anything extra. It's simply a Capital of a team. I'm aware this confused many (including me at first).

*VPs = Victory Points (300 in total).

**Stars = Stars are earned in battle, which results in helping your team win/defend territories & help you earn rewards (containers).

Important: Stars could only be earned in non-pro battles.

Looking at the top 10 of each faction, these boys and girls didn't get much sleep, ate in their tank and forgot to go to the toilet during the war   :D
