With the morning restart 02:00 UTC tomorrow, August 10th the long-awaited Smoky XT skin will be added to the game, along with several new animated paints, an extended version of Sandbox in Matchmaking, and changes to turret balance for Freeze and Firebird.

 

New Map for MM... not sure if it makes a difference.  Last night 3 battles in a row I was placed in Sandal. Three. In. A. Row.

Is there small groupings of rotations like is done with kits?  I mean, those are close to lottery-number odds.

These paints make holiday lights look better. Fire mechanic changes look interesting, XT and Animated paints not as exciting tbh.

 

WHEN are hull abilities coming? gameplay > needless skins, please.

Freeze

 

Lately Freeze started to dominate most battles. That’s not surprising, considering it dealt a bit too much of the damage, which, of course, was very useful for the owners of the turret. With the release on August 10th we’ll fix this problem by lowering damage done by Freeze.

 

 

If they lower the damage, they should increase the Freeze effect. It won't get more kills, but it would be unique in that it can be the only turret to affect another tank's movement physically. I would rather have that.

Would it be possible to see an upcoming balance change for Striker? All I ask for is an increase in the velocity as well as better vertical auto aiming.

P_S the freeze effect is balanced right now. The tank is almost immovable in almost 3-4 seconds . If you are attacked from behind , there is no chance that you can kill the freeze.

Very glad with balance changes, freeze's nerf was very needed, and interested to see how firebird's changes will affect.
