What the title suggests. After analyzing numerous players while holding down the v button, I have concluded that everyone is different with their choice in modules.

I usually equip a standard combo when joining (either Spectrum or Freeze-Magnum-Railgun), but I change it depending on which turrets are predominant. Occasionally I do protect myself from a single player if I find them to be particularly dangerous or annoying. All my modules have the same upgrade level, so the second poll option doesn't really apply, but it probably would if I had only a few significantly stronger modules.

Railgun is my default module because I hate being one shotted, I've never unequipped it since I bought it.

I'll also wear a module that protects against the turret I encounter the most, there's always an Isida, Ricochet, Magnum or Thunder chasing me down. Twins/Fire modules are only for no-supply battles, they don't help much in drug wars.

I use rail cuz its my only m3, Thunder cuz its OP, and the last slot varies. Generally Freeze or Isida, but I take Shaft in Highways or Brest.

I have no Magnum modules so I usually use Thunder-Freeze-Fire or Thunder-Freeze-Rail. Rail is not strong (it needs damage buff) but sometimes it can be annoying. My Titan Rico is very vulnerable to Thunder, Vulcan and Rail because it is slow and it has limited range.

My default is 3 of these 4: Rail, Thunder, Ricochet, Smoky when I enter a battle, but I will adapt depending of circumstancies. If there are dangerous Shaft/Magnums one shotters around I definitely equip those.

I use railgun most of the time;;

cause it is crap, but alteration makes it OP, so i use my module to cancel out the alteration and drag it back down to crap

I used to use my shaft modules a lot but after matchmaking got realeased for some reason shafts were driven to extinction so i don't use it anymore

i use magnum module only whenever i use magnum, cause i play with magnum like a single shot hammer

Usually thunder prot to reduce my self dmg and rail from that one shot.
The third one is reserved for mostly twins or rico/ fire

My combo is Vulcan/Titan. I use Fire module for obvious reasons. Magnum and Isida. Once I get into battle and see what is being used and which I'm the weakest against, I'll go to the garage and change, but keep Fire.

No Thunder module? Thunder can destroy you easily at any range.

Ricochet and Railgun for sure.

The last one is based on my turret choice. Either Magnum or Thunder due to splash damage. I like to ram up in their faces with Magnum and spam double damage just for the sake of blowing up. I gain no score, you gain no score.

I think it's not doing anything but I also use Twins protection to get the slight edge on Twins enemies.

Why not just equip Spectrum all the time? Isn't that module 20% against every turret? Woah man I would've used that thing 100% all the time if I got the privilege of having it in the garage.

I always have Thunder & Railgun protection equipped, I don't care if there are none in the battle but it has to be there for me. The amount of damage railgun and thunder does without protection makes me feel like a rookie.

It depends. As I said, I'll change to whatever module I'm the weakest against. I wish I could load protection against everything used in battle (don't we all?). If Thunder being used is a problem, I'll switch to it. But I've also been up against weak Thunders that took 3 shots to destroy me. Those are probably M0s. My Titan is an M2 with a few MUs. Believe it or not, I've been one shotted with full health by Railgun/Wasp and OD activated right after I respawned. I don't know what he had hidden in that turret, but he 2 shotted a Mammoth.

Titan and Mammoth have the same HP. I think it is absolutely crazy that M0 Thunder can 3-shoot M2 Titan with 3200 or even 3300 HP. That means it can also 3-shoot M4 Viking/Hunter/Dictator and 4-shoot M4 Titan/Mammoth. Thunder is totally OP and killing heavy hulls in few shots (even across the map) is no problem for this biased turret.
