I have noticed the Container rarity is identical to Fortnite item rarity:

Personally, I do think this is entirely a waste of money. I did buy the x2 star pass but i'm not sure if it was worth my money, so far i have around 605 stars and i will complete it and recieve the new animated paint but it's taken hundreds of supplies away from me, supplies are a very limiting factor when it comes to crazy weekends and these new ''star weeks'' that have been introduced. Not only that but it has been said, in the latest V-LOG, that these stars are going to replace crazy weekends, which i think is an effort to make more money (with the star pass). And that's ridiculous  ^_^

I think you are on to something.

 

Most folks have an awareness of how long it will take to reach 100 kills, and that is a fairly consistent number of matches for a given player. The stars depend greatly upon teammates. Get on a losing team too often, and you will need several extra matches to get the 100 stars.

 

I'm sure there is a broad range depending on player skill and luck of the draw with teams, but I'll guess 7 matchers per 100 kills. Will 10 matches get the average player 100 stars? No. 10 matches will probably net an average of 20 stars (without double-star pass).

 

So, something like 50 matches for 100 stars. 50 matches would be around 750 kills. Given these assumptions, 1000 kills is not much harder than 100 stars.

stars are better system but if they keep 100 stars 1 containers it will be crap

The thing is, I make at least 30-60 kills each battle. So for me getting the kills isn't that hard. I can finish 400 kill tear in 3-5 battles, whilst you get 2-3 each battle, meaning it takes longer. 

 

Kill system is way better, especially for low ranks, Legend league can be a real challenge, full of experienced players.

but they're rare.. in the last war almost everyone participated. (you can tell because those who didn't register wouldn't get any stars)

Guess what I got??? :blink: 50 BATTERIES!!! :huh: I wasted all those supplies and got those fuucking batteries!! I reallly "liked" this event!!! Do N-O-R-M-A-L events. (i know you justed wanted to earn $$$ from the easy stars pass and give people trash!!! i thought tanki is a normal game!!!

Yeah 100 stars = 1 Container. The star pass is around 2 euros as far as I am aware and 2 euros is $2.33. So the star pass doubles the amount of stars you get end of your battle. If you become first in the battle you will receive 3 stars but with the star pass you would receive 6 stars in total as it doubles the amount of stars you get during the battle.

I've finished 100 stars on both of my accounts, and received containers (1 from star week & others from mission chain).

The best thing I got is just Picasso paint. Well, not worth at all.  ^_^ 

If crazy weekends became like this, then I'll just care only for special sales (50% off) events and WAR. :ph34r:

Yes, according to the latest V-LOG they're planning on replacing the star tiers with the kill tiers. I'd say the way rewards are handed out and the ability to keep proper track of your progress are big improvements over the old system. However, when looking at effort vs reward, I'd say the kill tiers were better. It's unclear though how long future events will last and how high the rewards will be. I hope it will cater a bit more for the players who don't have as much time to spare too.

Well I only earned 1 container at the end of this event, and all I got was... 125 Speed boosts, which is okay, but considering how long it took just to get this, I'd have preferred the option to pick what item I wanted.

 

Guess it's better than nothing, but I'm still technically a newbie so I wouldn't know better. This event could have been done much better than what we was given.
