Turret Balance, "Nuclear Energy" and More

I have a suggestion , go back about 5 years and leave it alone. Every time something changes it gets even more expensive here. I have had many accounts , spent a lot of real money , it just gets worse . PLEASE......simplify....this is getting worse aand worse , and I loved the game . Sad

Isida's DPS still needs to be decreased by a significant margin, do not forget that.

NO it does not. Freeze does almost as much, and freezes you, and counting afterburn (which takes effect as you are shooting, not just afterward) Firebird does equal damage, and continues to do extra damage afterward. As of now Isida is the most balanced short ranged turret.

Yes it does, it destroys most hulls way too fast.  Freeze module reduces both damage and freezing, Fire module reduces afterburn and normal damage. Unfair to give a healer the highest DPS.

Why must it only be considered a healer might I ask? When it had self heal, a lower dps was fine. But now that it no longer possesses this it needs the extra dps to compete against other turrets. As it is I still can beat them quite easily with Twins. I honestly have no trouble with Isida; Fire and Freeze are far more trouble at the moment.

Oooh, now this is interesting. A drop that instantly charges overdrive? I can see a new gameplay role forming, one dedicated to making sure the enemy can't take the supply. I may try that. 

 

We'll be rated by power now? Sounds like a nice improvement to MM. 

 

Also, nice to see a Fire nerf and Vulcan buff. Very good update, I like it!

And nothing for freeze ? LOL 

Freeze is everywhere since last changes... maybe power balance is not that good. 

With a wasp M3 against isida M3 I'm a killed almost instantly, not even a chance to fire, so yeah there must be a real problem with it

 

 

So Vulcan will be the next turret to be played everywhere ...

 

I think that developers keep power balance by increasing power of some turrets sometimes so that every turret is played and the power ups go round and round among the turrets. Clever but painful
