Why must it only be considered a healer might I ask? When it had self heal, a lower dps was fine. But now that it no longer possesses this it needs the extra dps to compete against other turrets. As it is I still can beat them quite easily with Twins. I honestly have no trouble with Isida; Fire and Freeze are far more trouble at the moment.  

it is primarily a healer, I didn't say it should be only a healer. Twins is not the only turret to compare with. Isida's damage doesn't decrease with range, while Fire and Freeze effects can be cut, it is the better killer of the short ranged turrets, on top of being a healer which is quite an advantage.

Yes it does, it destroys most hulls way too fast.  Freeze module reduces both damage and freezing, Fire module reduces afterburn and normal damage. Unfair to give a healer the highest DPS.

Freezing is considered part of Freeze attack so of course that is reduced.  If it just did (more) damage instead, the module would reduce a greater amount of damage, correct?

 

Same with Firebird... the module affects both because it needs to.  If it only affected direct damage Fire would be way too OP.

 

This is not a role-playing game.  Isida needs to be able to attack just as well as other turrets - how can it heal in DM?

Isida can only attack 1 enemy at a time, and for 5 seconds only.  The other turrets do not have this restriction.

healing is not an advantage in combat, and can't even be used in two game modes. And in a 1v1, Fire and Freeze will both win against it, making them both better killers.

Why are you doing the opposite of balance though? OD supply? OD itself is not even doing any justice to non-pro battles, and you decide to add a feature that will make it even worse? Please, first change the OD system in general, and then think about implementing other features related to it. 

 

So, Vulcan finally got the buff it wanted, lol. Gj to all Vulcan lovers. 

 

New power indicator... I just hope it's easier to understand than the current system.

hey, this doesnt sound too bad. love the isida and vulcan rebalance! nuclear energy doesnt sound too exciting personally, but who knows, it might make some games more interesting.

All three updates are really bad. Expect Vulcan Wars for a few days.

 

The slow turret rotation is a good idea to benefit Vulcan light hulls and nerf Vulcan heavy hulls, but all the other tweaks are OP.

Today a firebird on DP kills a light hull in no time.

 

If you like to make a balance change to Fire/Freeze and Vulcan in correlation with the hull size, then please think about this one:

 

1) light hulls should cool down faster then heavy hulls

Like burning time on heavy hulls = 100%, on medium hulls = 70%, on light hulls = 50%.

 

Positive results:

- Firebirds will not eat through light tanks like cookie monster through cookies

- vulcan would do more DPS/DPM on a light hull then on a heavy, but it would still die easier

 

 

2) Freeze: time to freeze should get shorter the higher the M-level is.

Freeze is OP in low ranks and not so good in high ranks, as the tank speeds increase in high ranks.

 

 

3) Freeze teams -vs- Juggernaut: cancel the cummulative effect of temperature decrease.

So if one Freezer attacks JGN it takes a certain time to slow the JGN down. If two freezers freeze a Juggernaugt, the time to slow it down should be the same(!)

Isida has too much on its hands.

Why do you think isida is OP? Isida is the weakest compared to its counterparts , Freeze and Fire as of now. Both firebird and freeze have special abilities while isida is simply a turret with 5 second of attack. You can't keep telling it is a healer, it can't heal itself so has no advantage when playing non-team battles.

answer- when u put ur hand in pocket and take out 100 dollar and touch it to your screen then supply will be drop.

Is probably a shaft player that keeps getting ambushed by Isida.  Either stays in one spot entire battle or forgets to lay mines...

Maybe the distance you move could also help with cooling.
