I have a problem, anyone here who can solve?

 

My alternate Tanki account had been suspended (blocked) few Months ago, which is Linked with my Facebook & VK,

Now, I want to unlink previous account from my Facebook & VK & link it to this account which is i'm using right now.

 

Note: I can't open Suspended account's settings to unlink it from Facebook & VK,

i contact with help@tankionline.com,  they told me that can't unlink account. :(

Then there's nothing you can do about it, sorry.

 

Simply link a new / another e-mail address to your current TO account (if it's not already linked to a one), or change it to a different one if you'd like to. [How to link an e-mail with my account? / How to change my password / email address?]

 

In the future it's best if you post your game-related questions in the official Q&A thread.
