Now since you can only send gifts to friends, we should be able to send gifts when we are banned. I think it makes sense because gifts are restricted enough now give it a buff

I agree with Maf on this. Getting a Chat Ban is supposed to completely restrict your ability to send messages to others; whether it's to your friends or anyone else. Allowing players to be able to send messages to their friends, through gifts, undermines the whole point of a ban. Players who are given a ban need to reflect. Not allowing them to send messages to friends, family and/or fellow tankers makes sure they are more careful next time, should they wish to continue to talk in the chat.

they will know you're not replying to them when they receive your gift with the message saying "user has been banned"

Discord and FB are extrernal communication devices, so they are irrelevant. "Nodding" and mine text is so inconvenient and limiting that it may as well be ignored.

it should be completed because we can already send gifts while banned. we jsut can't attach a message to it.

In this context, as well as in most other discussion sites, OP stands for Original Poster. It could also be TS, as in Topic Starter. The latter is usually used on the RU forum.

I dont think sending text "this person has restricted ability blah blah" is really helpful. Then atleast change it to "user has been banned"
