Indeed recent VLogs have tended to review information already announced and even released, without addressing player feedback. This significantly reduces the player value of the VLog, which makes no sense given the resources Alterniva expends creating it.

 

IMO they need to get back to hinting at and/or sneak previewing upcoming changes, improvements, and other releases in the VLog.

I'm not sure about the Crazy Weekend change to Stars. Maybe with more reasonable rewards without making players play for hours and hours would be good. Keep in mind that we need more income, the modules just eat up all our crystals.

 

Because of how things were before the module update I had the idea to have at least 2 hulls and two turrets, now I think even with 1 hull and 1 turret we'll not be able to afford the modules. And 1 hull and 1 turret is very limiting with MM battles because of diferent map types and team compositions. The new module system was not a good idea, and let's not even talk about drones.

 

Many who are not careful will likely be ruining their accounts and that could mean some may even quit the game out of frustration. Maybe warn players about buying multiple hulls and turrets, or buy back those multiple equipments so we can invest those crystals on only 1 hull and 1 turret and some modules.

 

Then Matchmaking doesn't create balanced battles and we mostly have one sided battles, Overdrives and the Nuclear Energy just worsen that issue.

ERROR IN TANKI WITH MU-UPGRADE THAT COST PLAYERS CRYSTALS - reported and insulting answer from Tanki Online Helpdesk

 

During last Tanki release, I was upgrading MU Freeze Protection Module from 46 -> 47 (my only upgrade during this release).

Next morning, after upgrade, MU was down to 45 -> 46 instead of 46 -> 47.

So, one point down from actual situation during Tanki release, a set back of 1 MU point.

 

I reported this to Tanki Helpdesk with request to repair and refund of crystals invested in MU upgrade 46 -> 47.

Tanki Helpdesk answers in insulting manner. They only saying 'we didi not change anything'.

As if I am stupid, not knowing wht upgrade I am into and doing..... :wacko:

 

So I WARN EVERY PLAYER: with TANKI RELEASES - BEFORE AND AFTER - CHECK THE MU-UPGRADES THAT YOU HAVE RUNNING.

BY TANKI RELEASE YOUR RUNNING MU-UPGRADE(S) MIGHT BE LOST - PUTTING YOU BACK 1 POSITION

AND YOU LOSE CRYSTALS BECAUSE OF THIS

AND TANKI IS NOT GIVING IT BACK TO YOU

AND TANKI HELP DESK IS GIVING YOU INSULTING NON-ANSWERS. SUGGESTING THAT YOU ARE STUPID

But don’t bother purchasing Striker module :ph34r:

 

Vulcan module is also a very low priority or a pass altogether, despite the recent buff. Expect Vulcan to go back into players closets as they get frustrated by its performance in MM battles.

 

Shaft module is also a low or no priority. You’ll never see enough in MM to justify the expense.

 

So, IMO a new players module choices for MM should be in this order:

1 Rail

2 Thunder

3 Firebird (nerf or not, still very popular and thus common)

4 Freeze (still 20% more powerful than it was in January)

5 Isida (would have take. 3rd place before Fire and Freeze buffs)

6 Twins (all around annoyance)

7 Magnum (would be higher, but protection doesn’t really help your survivability in battle - if Magnum doesn’t kill you, the next hit you take will)

8 Ricochet (uselessly low DPS, thus uncommon)

9 Hammer (deadly yet not very common)

10 Smoky (less deadly and less common)

i agreed,

 

at the current situation in the Game,

 

It is better to have 1 turret and 1 hull at their maximum level [except vulcan[which is no use ofcourse]] and invest more in protection modules

rather than having many hull and turrets and equipped with 1 or 2 modules.

 

having 1 combo hull and turrets, we can manage to play in the battle  just switching protection modules [if u have most of them ofcourse]

Now having multiple hull and turrets and no protection modules,, that tanker will get hit everywhere, even it's and m4 combo hull & turret.

Wait. So all the next crazy weekends will have stars now. How convenient. You will sell a lot of easy stars pass I guess...

yup same like this current situation,

guys how bought easy pass are guaranteed to make 700 stars and win the new animated paint and its 15 containers,

but the draws is that non easy pass buyers who wont be able to attain those 700 stars,

i've tried to do 100 stars and took me whole day, and got 1 container, then i've tried for 200 stars and it took me 3 days, and got 125 repair kit and double damage, then ive stop to doing it,

 

else crazy weekend giveaways are kind of crap,

lets see, for 2000 kills we will an animated paint + 10 containers + 7 days of premiums

need to think twice to invest our time into it,

 

but if crazy week ends adds item that we can win, like protection modules, re-name pass, clan license, or any 1 XT Equipment that i want[except for newer ones, as i do understand that Tanki need to get its revenues]

then it will be quite worthy rewards...
