Without a doubt my all time favourite band is this band

JOY DIVISION

im 62 years old and listened to music all my life

when i first heard this band in the eighties i was blown away by the raw brutal power of them

then came the sad news their lead singer ian curtis committed suicide just as they were about to become big time

the whole story about this band is fascinating to read about

the other group members formed another great band NEW ORDER

 

this album is one of the finest you will ever listen too
