Completed Reduce equipment change cooldown time

Previously battles had a 15 minute duration.  Now all MM battles are 10 minutes in duration.

 

The first equipment change is instantaneous but the second requires a five minute wait after the first change.  Previously this was 33% of a battle and you had a chance to change equipment a second time within the same battle.

 

Currently, the waiting time should be reduced to 3 or 3 1/2 minutes to reflect the new battle duration.  This would allow a second equipment change as it was with 15 minute battles.  

 

As it stands now there is only one equipment change possible in any MM battle and if you choose incorrectly, there is no possibility of correcting or changing to a different piece of equipment.  If a player makes a poor choice in his equipment change he will be more likely just to leave the battle completely, where as if he had a chance at a second equipment change, he might stay.

 

Changing to a 3 minute wait is not a burning issue, but if implemented it might help to keep a few players from leaving a battle before its conclusion.

whatever it is, its honestly too long, or the timer is slow, it feels like an eternity before you can change your protections, or turrets, and everything else for that matter. I understand that the timer is necessary, but with the battles getting shorter and shorter, the time should get shorter too, like three minutes would be my two cents. And it also should apply to pro battles.
