Juggernaut improvements

Juggernaut is such a wonderful game mode and the juggernaut tank is so amazing as well.

 

I have cool ideas for juggernaut which will make it more diverse and more interesting for juggernaut fans.

 

Random juggernaut turrets:

 

The juggernaut tank needs to have more turrets which can be randomly equipped when players become juggernaut. What I mean is having a random turret which can be randomly selected and equipped when a player becomes the next juggernaut tank. The juggernaut turrets would be purchasable from the garage nor the shop. My idea is to have more cool turrets which can only be used and randomly available for juggernaut so that it can be more fun to play and of course, more different as well. Just think of a "transformer" juggernaut tank.

 

Add more armor HP to juggernaut's hull:

 

I have recently noticed that juggernaut's hulls is too weak. Since juggernaut is a supertank, then it must be a superstrong tank as well, so my suggestion would be for developers to add more armor to its hull because juggernaut is too easy to kill. I was juggernaut quite a few times and I noticed that I was getting killed as quickly as a normal tank. Please buff up juggernaut's hull with more armor. All the other parameters such as speed and damage are fine, so there is no need for any change.

 

Red juggernaut hull:

 

Is this a glitch or a special juggernaut paint? Today, I have played two juggernaut battles and juggernauts hull was completely bright shiny red. Why? Why doesn't player's paints show up on the juggernaut hull like it did some time ago?

 

More powerful juggernaut overdrive:

 

Juggernaut's overdrive has quite good strength, but it needs a little more power and its overdrive needs to deal damage to nearby enemies. When nearby enemies are low on health, when juggernaut activates its overdrive, it should destroy any surrounding enemy which is in the vicinity of its overdrive.

 

Large explosive bomb:

 

We all know that tanks in Tanki Online are capable of dropping mines. Here, I have a cool idea as a finishing touch to juggernaut's arsenal of weapons. How about adding a large spherical bomb which can be dropped from behind the juggernaut's hull? Well, the answer to that question is "yes", of course, it would be suitable to add a large explosive bomb that explodes when coming in contact with enemy tanks. Those large bombs are spherical which means that they can roll on the ground and behave in a completely different way from the regular mines which are static. Large bombs can help juggernaut in situations when its trapped in a corner and enemies behind it brutally attack it. One of juggernaut's worst nightmares are Freezes because they can freeze juggernaut from behind its hull and paralyze it, causing it to struggle rotating its turret round for self defence.

 

Please add those cool new features for juggernaut because they will greatly improve this tank.

We had the multiple turrets for Juggernaut idea before. That one sounds cool, but almost certainly won't happen, since it's a lot of work for something that isn't necessary or particularly demanded.

 

Adding more HP is questionable - current Juggernaut is already very powerful if used correctly, and I feel like right now it's most balanced. People should be getting 5-15 kills with it before they die, which is pretty much what happens now.

 

Red hull is not a feature - you're seeing a graphics glitch on your end. It can happen to any texture if it doesn't load properly.

The problem is as soon as I become juggernaut all the players in the battle turn and gather together to fire at me. The juggernaut tank with 5000 to 10,000 HP cannot take the huge stress of such enemy fire all at once on the hull, so I get killed almost right away, even when I ran away from the enemies.

 

One good solution to solve that problem is too add more HP armor and or create very specialized protection modules which can only be equipped on the juggernaut tank during the time that the player has become the juggernaut. Just think about it Maf. Juggernaut, either way, must become stronger otherwise it feels like another Mammoth or Titan hull.

To play well with Juggernaut you have to be good at strategy and obviously tank controls. You have to know wherento camp, when to change positions, when to use Railgun and when to use Striker, line up shots so that you get multiple hits with a single shot and know when to use overdrive. I've had plenty of times when I died quickly, but 5 or so times I really went on a roll and got over 50 kills while Juggernaut. My average is around 10 kills. So it's mostly a case of strategy, practice and a bit of luck.

I do understand what you are saying here Maf. The problem is that juggernaut needs more armor, and possible increate the reload time of the overdrive. I clearly know that there is something wrong with juggernaut because I died many times over too quickly and other players also die too quickly as well. That's a clear indication the juggernaut needs more armor.

 

I remember when juggernaut was first seen on its first livestream with Nives and its armor was superstrong. That's how juggernaut supposed to work like. Now juggernaut feels too much like a replica of Mammoth because it gets destroyed too quickly. Something must be done to increase the amount of armor juggernaut has against the amount of time players can use it in battles.

 

My suggestion for the juggernaut mode is to increate the battle time so that multiple players can benefit on using the juggernaut tank within the same battle. For that, juggernaut would have to have more armor because both more armor and more playing time in juggernaut battles would keep a suitable balance between the number of kills juggernaut players make, getting killed at some point and letting other players in the same battle use juggernaut.

 

Just thing, about it. Juggernaut battles of (10 minutes long) are too short for this kind of game mode. For all the other game modes, 10 minutes is perfectly long enough, but for juggernaut mode, its far too short. My suggestion would be to have matchmaking juggernaut battles that lasts for 1 hour.

 

Another thing that I would like for the juggernaut mode is for the ability to play as juggernaut in pro battles. Last week, when I have premium time, I wanted to play a juggernaut battle with my friends in pro battles, but when I found out that juggernaut was not available, I was upset that I could not play that amazing game mode with my preferred custom pro battle settings. That's not fair. I want to see juggernaut in pro battles in the near future. Please ask the other developers to add the juggernaut mode in pro battles as well.

I think JGR is ok, because sometimes I don't even kill anyone (and then Maf kills me) and there are times when I get all 100 kills with it.

I play JGR a lot (on this acc and on alt acc (40+ hrs in JGR)), depends on skills and maps.

Juggernaut really needs an overall improvement refurbishment.

 

1. Much more armor.

 

2. Animated Defence shield.

 

3. Overdrive and shot color effects.

 

4. Random juggernaut turrets.

Not completely a second version, same hull but diffrent turret (diffrent weapons), what about 2 vulcans shotting at the same time with less time to start shooting? Diffrent OD? Share your ideas about the new juggernaut.

I'd rather be able to choose the turrets I want to use for my primary (tap) and secondary (hold) modes:

 

Primary:

·Hammer

·Smoky

·Striker (single)

·Thunder

·Railgun

·Gauss (tap)

·Shaft (arcade)

 

Secondary:

·Firebird

·Freeze

·Isida

·Twins

·Ricochet

·Striker (salvo)

·Vulcan

·Magnum

·Gauss (lock on)

·Shaft (sniper)

 

The impact force of the overdrive should be at least doubled and lift up enemy tanks when they get too close.

 

The bomb idea seems interesting, but you should make it so that it won't kill the juggernaut itself.
