valid Demote noob Legends to Marshal

Isn't this idea kind of like suggesting that if you work at a company, and one day you fall sick and can't come to work for say 10 days, the company takes you from being a Manager to a low-level employee? It seems unfair to take away one's hard work, no matter how they are now.

this isn't being sick for 10 days... this is cocking up so much you no longer desverve to remain as a manager.

what's there to comment about the rest? it's basically "if i can't get top in class this year then I will purposely fail all my exams so i can repeat my year and be the top in my class next year"

I get where you're coming from, but despite all of that it is completely unfair to legends to have to go back to Marshal. Also, it could be exploited. If I have enough friends and M4 equipment, I can very well purposely mult so that I get to the Marshal rank with my OP M4 equipment and then just destroy the lowest rank marshals can play against. Other than that, people can keep trying to do this and rank up, gaining lots of crystals in the process.

 

To be honest, the word "deserve" is dangerous. Almost nobody deserves for something to happen to them, although it does. Besides, it would be a power to great to bestow upon tankers. Just vote for who you don't like or the guy who took the gold box and soon enough he gets demoted.

I agree with that M4 point, but realistically, most of their opponents don't, especially the colonels and such. With the highlighted text in green, the opposite becomes true. There are mults in every battle and only so many battle mods. I'd bet that at least half of them would go unnoticed, and if not half, a good majority would. Not to mention, hunting down such mults would take a long while and could just be to troll battle moderators. Needless to say, the responsibility on battle moderators would also go up drastically, which would probably lead to decline in battle moderators or perhaps battle moderators not wanting to do that much work. 

 

Just a hypothetical scenario, but that's what I see happening.

They do have to deal with M4 enemies, but having loads of M4 enemies would be very problematic for them.

 

I doubt it'd be just a "bit" more responsibility. Even if that were true, it would imply, that lots of moderators would get large amounts of rude messages on the forum. If you make it anonymous, then the administrators for the battle moderators at the least will get rude messages.

 

Other than being unfair, it would also be highly implausible.

That would end up meaning that Marshals with M3 equipment would fight M4, which while relatively more fair, is still unfair. Furthermore, the skills and supplies of legends cannot so easily be gained (mostly the skill).

Rather than spaming and complaining it would be better if you make a video recording the mults and reporting them

They might have to deal with some "m4" Marshalls, but I don't believe that is a regular occurrence.  Only way you have "m4" at that rank is BUYING or by specializing with 1 combo and very few upgraded protection modules.  That is minority of players IMO.

 

But if I were dropped to Marshall with my garage?  LOL.  And don't forget a Marshall can play players a bunch of ranks below them.  Would be silly for me playing Majors. Would take them forever to kill my Viking if I equip the correct protection modules.

no offense but it really seems like you're one of those who mult and think there's nothing wrong with it.

I've been killing m4 legends since major. the difference between m3 and m4 is very small anyway

There's no difference between L9 & L10. What would be the point.

It must be incredibly hard to get up through these Legend ranks. Demoting Legend 5 to Legend 4, Legend 1 to Generalissimo or Field Marshal to Marshal is enough for punishing mults.

It takes a long time - but - there is literally no difference between two L ranks.  Nothing new unlocked.

You'd lose experience (not sure how it'd be calculated as it is per item) but experience does nothing at all for you in battle.

 

Going from L1 to Gismo would actually be a benefit, as you get to play lower ranks.

1. If Legends (noob legends as you call them ->Marshals) play against Majors with whole M4 garage and all supplies, lower rankers will leave, because someone might just troll on purpose to get demoted and once they are Marshals again, they will play like a PRO again.

2. Let's say we have Shaft Mammoth at our base. He is basically sniping whole time at flag. He is not doing anything else (he kills someone if he can, but only from base), but protecting a flag. If enemy team attacks once in 10 minutes (PRO battles), and in that time mod sees him camping, he can assume that he is noob, but because of him, result is good for our team and enemy team captured 0 flags.

3. If I got to go to toilet, or take a glass of water, and by that time i am not active, but I am 1st, that could be taken as multing. And if then I get half minute lag.

4. Some players may group up, go to battle, report each other (just to troll battle mods), though they are both good players, mod comes, wastes 5 minutes, and possibly not catch the real noob.

5. It's going to be hard for battle mods, as already said, because they have to think is it ok to flag someone or no. They can only flag if player is sabotaging.

6. If you are any other rank than Legend, it's ok to mult, but then when u r Legend, it's not. You will lose 600k exp.

7. NOT MANY Marshals have full M4 tank. And, yes, those last 2 or 3 steps actually matter. Even 5% protection does.

I hate multing. More importantly, you'd take away years of someone's work for you spending 999 minutes (at best) in a match? That seems quite unfair to me. 999 minutes, to thousands of hours.

Then you are picking off the weak members of the herd. 

Or just plain camping.  Anyone can do that too.

 

It's not just the turret and hull.  Most Legend1 have almost all modules upgraded to 45% or more.  That's a huge advantage over what a Major can equip.

 

(And playing with higher ranks of a clan that help you out in battle does not count)

There is rank bracket because it's not the same to play on Major vs Legends and L vs L.

If there is no difference, they we would have Recruit to Major ranks only.
