That's just goofy if you can get the kit at MC.  Buyers just quickly upgrade that and wreck everyone.  Kinda silly since smoky m2 is one of the best m2 turrets.

it was already master corporal since i joined the game last year in march actually.. so they must have changed it pretty long ago

 

 

so as i was saying, majors these days should already be used to fighting people more powerful than they are anyway. they wouldn' have lived through the low ranks if they can't

Nah.  it's a different world when you start adding in full m3-module coverage. 

 

The major with an m2 10/10 still has very little chance against M4s with 50% protection against that majors 1 useful turret.  The L can swap out turrets to find the weak link in Majors protection.  They can't upgrade everything by Major.

 

I started 3 yrs ago, so must have been between 1-2 yrs then. I stand by my opinion that allowing keeper with smoky m1 at MC is just ridiculous.

I'm general and i don't remember ever playing with a major since matchmaking... lowest i got was colonel and even that's very rare. if this happens then major vs marshal shall get so rare it probably will only happen once in a million years

You are getting some good luck then.  My alt, 1 rank ago (Major) I was seeing marshalls occasionally.  See at least a few per battle at Lt. Colonel now - and unfortunately - often on the other team.

Don't derank someone by taking their exp, just move their rank to Marshal but let them keep exp.  Because once they improve they can get back to Legend.

It would benefit anyone who does not care about rank.  Once items are in your garage they can be used, regardless of rank.

 

Getting dropped from L1 to Gismo is actually beneficial - slightly easier opponents.

Many of the legends got 4 Million EXP and they noobs. If they don't play seriously they will demote to marshal? That is unfair. The one who worked hard to get Millions of EXP and if they demote to  1 Million EXP they will probably leave the game.

The grind to Legend (and even to Marshal) is absurdly long and you want to make the grind even longer? I want to be a Marshal once...

Noobs or not noobs, there are still mults. This is punishment, works much better than increasing amount of EXP, which does nothing.

Tbh, this idea isn't gonna solve the multing problem as well as you think. If I was at legend, I would definitely want to go back to marshal just to fight players that aren't as well equipped.

 

A better way to solve this I think would be to make the mult pay a crystal fine for each time they get caught multing.

 

Like maybe 450 crystals at recruit and 45k at legend? Idk but something reasonable

Well realistically, it is quite impractical to implement and many players would just stop playing regular battles for fear that they will get fined or demoted to Marshal. 

 

What's the point of demoting/fines? How does it make your life better?

Would have to be multiple occurrences to result in effect proposed.

 

But as I said above - it's not a punishment.   My m3 17/20 equipment will do better and I will get rank-rewards more often again.
