Item ratings in garage

 Share

Recommended Posts

I'm back with a new interesting idea. You would be able to rate any item in garage from 1 star to 5, creating an average rating for each item. This way other tankers would have less trouble deciding what to buy. When you look at an item's button in the garage, it will have the rating at the bottom. The rating would show also up in the description when clicked. This would make things more efficient and prevent people from purchasing new stuff that they end up hating.

EDIT: ratings would be reset every 2 months and also after the item gets a nerf or buff.

Valid

Only if this rating resets every now and then, or your vote automatically gets removed 6 months after you voted. Otherwise not only will it artificially destroy the weapon balance, but it will give misleading information if, say, people vote 5 stars for a powerful turret and a year later it gets heavily nerfed.

Players know which weapons are OP (Magnum, Thunder) and UP (Shaft, Rail, Striker, Vulcan, Smoky). This would be good only for new players so they will buy their OP Magnum ASAP and learn to play it while they have weak enemies.

I like that Maf, edited it.

Players know which weapons are UP Rail.

Right, railgun is UP despite the fact that everyone and I mean everyone either has the turret or the module that protects them from the turret. That sure makes a lot of sense. <_<

Everyone has the turret only for XP/BP. Thunder is far more common in MM than Rail. Players using Rail in MM are always toxic noobs or skilled Dictator Rail (DR) pros (or gold diggers who pretend to be skilled DR pros).

I use Viking & Railgun, and I am not nor toxic noob nor Dictator Rail PRO / digger.

Modules are making Railgun UP. So, when modules get a nerf, Railgun will be just fine.

Yet, If u don't have DD and enemy has DA, with M3+ you can do 400-800 damage. If enemy has 50% module u can do 200-400 damage in 4 seconds. That is miserable 50 - 100 DPS on M3+.

And why do you think railgun faces lots of people with protections against it?
