Why not? He has accomplished something. Containers are poor gambles but sometimes pay off big. You and I may not value it enough to justify the effort, but others have different circumstances and priorities.

 

I think Tanki is dissing the average players and favoring the extreme players. Good for the extreme players, but it sucks for the rest of us.

 

If Tanki gave a small supplies reward for, say, 10 stars, and 1 container for say, 25 stars, and another 1 container at the 50 stars level, then kept the rest the same, it would make more sense. As is, it is only for those who are willing to spend extra hours per day on a game they often only play for an hour or two per week when no special is going on.

 

Getting a few players to play a lot more is unlikely to improve the overall player experience, even for those who play at the extreme since they are likely to experience burnout. Still, it isn't my salary on the line.

 

This event had an excellent sale set, but it was short, and it included only double battle fund. Triple battle fund used to be a thing. Also, for a 9-day event, why not an escalating set of sales, starting out small and growing to the last two days (or vice versa)? Why no extra gold boxes? Probably to keep us hungry. Perhaps hoping there was just enough incentive to keep us playing and to loosen up our money bags a little extra. Again, I don't begrudge them for making some money to pay the bills. I'm just not always in agreement with how they do some of it.

 

I'll probably play through winter. If things continue to get more frustrating, I'll probably stop playing again. My hat goes off to those with multiples more hours in game than I have, especially those who have stuck out so many dramatic changes over all the years.

1000 stars done! This paint sick as heck, got many m4s this sale, many supplies, earnt 320k crystals from battles and 20 golds. So success for me and last crazy weekend. Got 2 animated paints out of this event so 3 in total now!

I'm not an extreme player IMO. 602 star in 4 days, with the easy star pass, it's not a big deal.

30 hours to complete over 5 days (6hrs/day)

7,285 Supplies in total to get to 1016 stars

guys its up to you on how long you want to play to earn the stars. for me there fine the way it is in this battle star round. compared to the past no one could accomplish even 10 stars it was hard. on some of my accounts I don't stand a chance of getting any containers . do I care not really cause I blame myself for not putting more time  into playing to earn them. so it really depends on how much time you have to play. you might have time now to play but then later say in Dec when this might happen again.

I think TO will make the rewards even harder now since this dude almost has 3000 stars. That shows it is possible to reach good amount of stars. By end of 17th of September, he should have at least 4500-5000 stars, guessing he is going for Top10 to win XT Freeze. 

 

All I can say is - I am glad I have a life that I can enjoy outside with my friends rather then spending all day playing Tanki.

742. It's so hard right now. This stupid MM literally puts all the druggers in the same battle and I end up with a bunch of fat hulls sitting in base and dying like trash because they don't use drugs.

 

And I can't play Juggernaut, only 3.7K players online ( :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: ) and I have to wait forever to join a battle.

 

I want to reach 800 before leaving, but it will be impossible.

Even joining a CP battle takes more than 3 minutes and it's always one sided...
