I think that any containers earned from the event should always contain at least purple or better rewards like 100k crystals or an animated paint. Or any other nice paint. That way at least it'll be worth the effort.

 

 

Any containers earned from mission chains or bought from the shop can remain as is.

This is why the War was nice - we got enough containers to get the good stuff along with the large number of supplies. This Stars week as well as the previous one.... well, I’m playing for double battle funds. If I get a container along the way, so be it, but no way am I going to kill myself for more supplies.

That makes me feel so uncomfortable. I can imagine how sweaty and hungry they actually are. Sitting in front of the computer all day, gives me shivers.

Those rewards would be way too high for only 50 stars. :P Uncommon maybe, but Epic would be way too high, everyone would have an animated paint then.

50 stars might not be hard to earn, but it's very time consuming. That's the problem.

I was so tired this weekend (not because of Tanki, but exercise / running events) and wasn’t woken up my by alarm at 0200 UK time (couldn’t stay awake until then). That’s a load of cheap MUs lost.

 

Really annoyed about the expensive ones (penultimate or final) on some items and will have to wait until Halloween or settle for a Crazy Weekend / 25%.

 

The 0200 UTC (0300 in the UK during the summer) thing is a nuisance for not-in-Russians.

I think I earned about 120 stars during the War (spread over three accounts), and that felt like a busy week and a bit.

 

The reward to effort / time ratio during the War was probably far too high. I earned a lot of crystals from just 3 containers / day plus the 15 from the vault. People who got 10 containers / day must have earned a lot more. Must have hit TO's income hard.

 

But the ratio for these events is far too low. I’m not going to chase stars for less than 3 containers per 50.

this is so boring. now that sales are over there's nothing left! I'm not even gonna bother with the star week because containers only give me drugs 99% of the time and I'm not ever gonna use that animated paint even if i have it

 

also sales were pretty useless for people my rank as usual... The only way i can get turrets for my rank are through kits and sales no longer apply to kits anymore

The only difference between Stars and Kills during Crazy weekend for example; usually the lowest rank would be at the top with most kills because it is really easy to destroy newbies whilst at the moment mostly all Legends are Top100. I do somehow find this fair but the fact we have to stay in each battle for 10 mins to receive 3 stars is a time waste.

Sales -50% are useless to your rank?! You leave in a different world, how can you complain about the highest sales of the year?!

Beside you knew about them as a "smart" player, so why didn't you play harder to reach Marshall in time? Anyway at this speed you will be ready to catch them next year. 

 

You should utilise the double fund period to get more crystals per xp and then save enough to buy a kit before they disappear.

I never complained about the double funds ;) i just said that it's boring overall because it's all i can use.

 

I mean yes, i was complaining about the sales because i can't use it... before, when sales affected kits i would be able to use the sales but...

Even tho I don't use this sale because I have all hulls and guns for a while now, I think they are still pretty good. I bought 1000 RK and spent crystals on Thunder protection (38 > 45%). The only regret, no sale on batteries. I consumed a lot of batteries yesterday. Assault drone is very OP.

 

And for lower ranks, 50% is nice to get 2 new turrets for example. We had some DF a few weeks ago. And mission chain gives a nice amount of containers (and probably a few thousands of crystals).

 

It's easier for lower ranks. At my time, it was very hard to earn crystals. I remember when one of my achievement was to buy the paint Inferno and Freeze. I was waiting for the restart. And right after I bought them, I joined a Novel CTF with a few friends to see the new sexy look of everyone after the sale XD.
