Star hunt is a scam in my opinion.

Rewarding with containers, which mostly give you supplies, which most high ranks already have? I think I see where you are going, but the Star Hunt is pretty straightforward, so I wouldn’t call it a scam. Moreover, developers have been coupling Star Weeks with double battle funds, which actually make the effort worthwhile, no matter how many stars you earn.

 

That said...

 

The entire concept and execution of containers on the other hand is extremely misleading. There is an element of human nature at play here which sees only the opportunity to obtain something interesting at long odds. Players have enhanced this appeal by posting their pictures of all the epic and legendary items they have found. This on turn gives other players the perception that such rewards are more common than they really are. This inevitably leads to player frustration when Containers actually give Supplies as rewards.

This is actually why they won’t. They will probably go back to turrets. Then when only one turret is left, they will perhaps release both the last turret and the last Hull together as a super expensive shop exclusive.

That is a brilliant idea. Lots of skilled buyers will do everything to get Hunter XT. Some of them would pay hundreds of dollars to get it...
