Mechanic Drone give your 500HP?

Micro-upgrades of "Mechanic Drone"

HP Bonus: (100 → 500) hp

Heal Radius: (15 → 25) m

 

I know most of you may not microupgrade fully a drone, since it costs 1M,

 

but since highest HP is 400 on M4 hulls, and juganot can't use drones, so what is the point of giving 500 HP when maxed at 400 HP.

You're mixing a couple things up. First of all, the highest amount of HP of a hull (besides Juggernaut) is 4000, not 400. Second, the HP bonus is the amount of extra HP you get from the initial heal boost. Without the drone, activating the repair kit instantly heals 1000 HP and continues slowly healing if you don't take damage. But using the default drone will instantly heal you for 1100 HP and continue healing. A fully upgraded drone will give you a 1500 HP initial boost.
