7 module slots, but gradually reducing protection value

You don't need to reduce or nerf modules or come up with a system that basically reduce them  if you slot more than a few. The idea here is that there are too many turrets in the game to only have 3 mods. We just need to be able to carry more. It's a more than reasonable request I think. I don't understand how the developers keep coming out with more and more turrets and expect players to be comfortable with only 3 mods. That was then when you only had a few turrets. Now, it's a different game. DO something about this before the numbers continue to dwindle down to ZERO.

You're suggesting a very similar concept to this topic. Also, I don't get why you had to introduce this "efficiency" into the mix. Not to mention that I think your numbers are wrong, since 150 being reduced to 140 is not a 30% loss.

200-30%=140%

Oh, I see. So it's not 200% - 30%, but taking 7/10 of the effectiveness of 4 modules.
