Well, making a V-log kinda involves a lot more than just doing the voice lines. The rest of it needs to be made too, and the team that makes it is on holiday  :P

The people who make the video blog every week are obviously certified artists and videomakers with degrees. If they recruit an ordinary person to do it then the quality won't be the same, plus it will also create payment and credit issues since no one would want to do it for free.

Okay, you got me there, maybe someone will, but they will still look specifically for professional people with commendable skills of making videos and these people don't do it for free. :D

Besides what Hexed said, it doesn't matter how good of an artist/videomaker you are, you can't just make a whole V-log in a week without a lot of preparation and guidance from people who have been doing it for years and probably got extremely efficient at it.

 

To give you a similar example from personal experience, I can tell you for a fact that if myself and other I&S mods were to suddenly go on a holiday, no one else in our team would be able to manage the I&S section to the same standard. Yes, they would be able to do it, but it would take them longer and they would make a lot of mistakes. Not a big deal when it's just a forum section and I can fix everything when I get back, but if it's a V-log that has a strict deadline, a demanding audience and is impossible to fix and edit once released, then there's a big concern.

 

Anyway, it's not like we can't survive 2 weeks without a V-log.

In about 2 weeks we'll likely have Overdrives and more Drones.

 

We should be mentally prepared to that insanity. In a way it's good that Tanki is being ruined, if it were the same or better I wouldn't know how to play less or even quit.

 

I used to care and give feedback and ideas before. But maybe devs don't care about feedback or the middlemen and middlewomen don't relay them faithfully.

 

Legend mods with extensive garage probably have a biased against the old Tanki and they likely want more features and options added to the game they are getting tired of. Then we have noob players always asking for new things even though they can't afford it while not understanding how those new things could affect the game. But the big problem comes from the management...

They'll work on updating the forum engine, like in the Russian forum, and that might very well fix some of the issues you're having in the mobile version also.
