This is all great, another new XT. I would like to collect ALL the XT equipment and so far I don't have, railgun, thunder or hornet XT, since these were removed from the shops just before I could buy them in the past. My question is: Will these XT be available for purchase again or are Tanki just going to keep releasing 'new' XT?

Here we go again...

So difficult for fun playing amateurs to reach top places to earn Stars when playing with/against Pro organised - coordinated Clans/Groups.

Also difficult for me (being high rank/skill) when I constantly get put in with noob teams, end up losing ~9/10 battles.

Sleeping players need to be kicked out much quicker!

 

When is fair balance gonna come in, most battles end 7-0 (CTF&Rugby). Battles need to end when team is down ~3 players, new players just leave straight away. Balance / Match Making is a joke!

 

Please explain "Active Players" when earning 1 star. Many players are active but get nothing. Is it 100 points?

 

Any mad druggers doing Star Week, check supplies before & after, for a few containers, is it really worth it??

Can I just say something.  I think that the three previous XT's have been absolute.  The designers or whoever is working on these must be forced into doing this.  Back when they weren't coming out with an XT every few weeks they were much better.  Railgun and hornet were the first XT's introduced into the game.  (I'm not counting the original Smoky and Railgun version as they increased parameters.)  Thunder, Viking, Wasp, and Firebird, were all good because they came out much later and therefore the designers put much more time and thought into making them.  Vulcan was released a few months after the Thunder Firebird XT etc. update; and so the designers did not have quite enough time to come out with a phenomenal degsign, so Vulcan XT was good, but not great.

        Almost a year later, what we will call Smoky XT 2.0 was introduced into the game.  This version was not quite as good as the original three XT's; (Again not counting the very first Railgun, Hornet, and Smoky.) but still very good.  It was decisively better than Vulcan's XT modifacation, which it should've been.  The designing period for these to guns directly corresponds to their quality.  Now we've seen three more XT's added to the game: Freeze, Ricochet, and Shaft.  These three designing periods have all been around a month, so the XT versions of these turrets all suck.  

        In short, the more time that is put into an XT, the better it will be.  I would like the see the designers take the last three XT's out of the game, give compensation to anyone who bought/earned them, and slowly reintroduce them back into the game.  From what we've seen, this should make  the designs much better and I don't have to be disappointed every time I log into the game and see, STAR WEEK!!!!

Paint and shaft XT both look cool. Unfortunately, it has to come from 6 days of Hell in the form of star week. And I might as well wait for Halloween sales since I'm not as desperate for the fire module as I was for the hunter.

What is that Star Week number? #4? (Fall Leaves, Synth-Pop, Runes and Tic-tac-toe).

 

It would be cool to number them, just like the v-logs. I don't count Tanker's Day, because it was a full event not just a star wekk.

So yet again they completely forget about alterations. 

 

Alterations are not on the list of items on sale.  And, alterations are not on the list of items that will not be included in the sale.  Tanki consistently keeps overlooking alterations when they run promotions.  I am pretty sure that alterations have only been included two, possibly three times, this entire year!  They just don't pay attention to details at Tanki...too busy figuring out toxic updates to compromise and degrade the game I guess. 

 

I also would guess that it is the same dude (or dudette) assigned to generating these "sales" and they copy 'n paste from the last sale instead of proof reading or re-writing the text so the mistake or oversight that was in the previous sale is passed on to the current sale...ad infinitum...no alterations on or off sale.  

 

Quotes from Star Week begins October 16:

"—25% on items in the Garage. The discount applies to turrets, hulls, modules, paints and supplies."

 

"IMPORTANT: discounts do not apply to drones, batteries, gifts, PRO-Pass, containers, clan license, Rename Pass, special offers in the Shop, and also the smallest packs of crystals, days of Premium and Gold Boxes."

 

...no mention of alterations in either section.

 

Please remember alterations for the Halloween sale!
